This beautifully updated and elegantly decorated two-bedroom home is the perfect getaway spot in Palm Royale Country Club. Palm Royale has perfect central location in the Coachella Valley just minutes from the some of the best golf courses, shopping, and restaurants La Quinta has to offer. It is located across from the famed Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. This community also offers 6 pools and spas and 6 lighted tennis/pickleball courts, and the clubhouse includes a fitness center for your enjoyment. For golfing close to home, the country club offers very reasonable monthly memberships for their challenging 18-hole, par 3 public Ted Robinson designed immaculate golf course. Renters do have access to all amenities including the clubhouse, gym, library, tennis, pickleball and swimming pools.
The views from this home are nothing short of spectacular and the proximity of this home close to all the great amenities is wonderful. Imagine unwinding sitting on the balcony looking across that gorgeous lake and looking at all of the palm trees and mountains after a day of tennis or golf. The large balcony has plenty of seating and a BBQ for your grilling needs. This open concept home is totally updated, and the kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances and a large island with bar seating. The living area has a flat screen on the wall and plenty of comfortable seating. The Primary bedroom has a king size bed and a flatscreen television with nice views as well. The primary bathroom has sparkling white tile on the walls and a great shower. There is also a nice second bathroom as well. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and also has nice views.
