Hermoso dormitorio de 2 Master Suite, condominio de 2 baños. Ubicado en el green 9 de un hermoso campo de golf de 27 hoyos. A pasos del club de campo, el club de tenis y el spa, esta escapada al desierto se encuentra a unos metros de una de las 32 piscinas y jacuzzis en este complejo cerrado. El sol de la mañana y la sombra de la tarde en el patio orientado al este brindan un ambiente confortable al aire libre.

Wonderful location & comfortable accommodations. The layout of the condo is great. Nice fruit trees. Some repairs needed. Exterior handle on one of the outside slider screens missing. Front door screen needs a new door closer. Lights on the patio not functioning. Did not use barbecue but there is smoke damage on the wall behind the grill. It would be nice to have some kind of key chain on the door key.

Fabulous! Terrific value! Lovely Palm Springs-themed decor. Kitchen and linens well-supplied. Very comfortable and quiet. Patio seating on golf course fringe. Host Rob responded quickly to booking and was very patient while we fumbled with lock box (Tip: box front panel opens at the top. Duh). Disappointed this unit wasn’t available for our next visit. Highly recommend!

Good & Bad

We arrived in 110 heat and could not get the key box open. Both of us tried repeatedly. Even the security team tried unsuccessfully. It took a long time to reach the owner who is out of the country and whom could not reach his property manager. We were ready to check into a hotel when we finally spoke to the. Owner who suggested giving it a whack, which we did with one of my golf clubs. After 90 minutes in the heat we finally entered. The condo is nice enough, albeit dusty everywhere and there are no instructions! Every VRBO we have been to has had an instruction sheet or even a three ring binder, which indicated to us where to find everything in the unit or where the pool is and how to access it or where the washer and dryer would be and how to use them. There wasn’t even anything relating to restaurants or. The neighborhood.As we entered the front door, we noticed there was a grouping of poop bags left by the previous tenants. it was adjacent to the front door and they clearly had no idea what to do with them. We pick them up and found the trash bins and toss them. In now, 110 degree heat it was not a pleasant experience.The unit is spacious enough, with two master bedrooms with connected bathrooms. My wife felt everything had a distinct smell as though it had not been washed in a quite a while, but was at least clean. The pool was filthy, full of sand and geese poop I am guessing that the owner is probably nice, but just doesn’t know he’s doing.

Great Stay

Rob’s place was perfect for myself, my husband and our adult daughter to celebrate Christmas! The condo was very well set up and super comfortable. The location was terrific and just a short drive to the grocery store and downtown Palm Springs. There were hiking trails just ten minutes away which we took advantage of on Christmas Day. Also, the condo was very quiet. The host was responsive and check-in was easy. We would definitely stay here again on a return trip to the Palm Springs area.

Calm and relaxing

Very nice and peaceful with beautiful sunrise views. The set up was perfect for two adults with the two en-suite bathrooms. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. very clean and comfortable.

Perfect Little Escape

This location is just a great little gem. The property owner obviously takes a lot of pride in the rental. The place was very clean, and the photos just do not do it justice. It was a perfect set up. It’s situated just about 10 minutes from Palm Springs, a great location. It is so peaceful sitting on the patio and looking out over the beauty greenery and golf course. One of the best parts of the day was sitting on the patio with a cup of coffee in the quiet morning, watching the sun come up. The two master bedrooms are perfect for two couples traveling together. The kitchen is a nice set up, and has just about everything you need for cookware and dishes. Hope to be able to return here in the near future.

Fantastic place to stay

Stopped here for couple of days relaxing after a 3 week road trip. Communication with Rob was super easy. The apartment was in a great location on a golf course which was full of wildlife. We had geese flying in for sunrise. Roadrunners and a couple of hummingbirds. The apartment was spacious and very comfy sofas and beds. ac and ceiling fans worked really well which was great in 110 temps. We wish we could have stayed longer. Pool and hot tub were really nice. If I had to be really picky the only thing I would say needs improvement is there care no umbrella’s around the pool for any shade but that’s not the owner’s responsibility. In general a great place to stay Thank you.

Amazing condo!

The condo was immaculate, very cool (it was 121 degrees outside) and comfortable. The check in process was smooth and easy. Our family had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this condo. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Lovely place for a family visit

My family and I very much enjoyed Rob’s condo. Lots of room and fully equipped. A supermarket is right outside the resort’s gates. The unexpected highlight was when my granddaughter was able to hand her daddy a cold beverage when he was on the ninth hole right outside our back porch! Hope to stay there again later this year.

Love the space. But the ceiling fans weren't working properly and one of the remotes batteries were dead had to balance on a bar chair to reach chains ceiling on fans with temperatures outside of 98 degrees. Some of the amenities are at the lower end. This shouldn't be for a property of this type.

My parents and aunt stayed two nights. Both bathrooms were attached to the bedrooms. A/C and ceiling fans in all rooms worked perfectly. Kitchen was well supplied and the living room was lovely and felt like home!

Amazing place!

Amazing place! We couldn't have asked for a better home away from home. The check-in/out procedure was easy and the place was super clean. It was quiet and the views were amazing. The swimming pool/hot tub was <30 seconds walk from the bedrooms and there was ample parking spaces just outside the front door. We took my mother in law with us and she couldn't stop talking about the place on the drive home. We will definitely be using this home again. Thank you for a wonderful weekend. Definitely 5-stars.

Anniversary getaway

We stayed 6 days. Enjoyed the condo especially sitting on the patio overlooking the golf course. Shower was awesome and can’t be taken for granted. Bed was comfy. Kitchen basics were provided. Renters need to bring soap and shampoo… not provided. Place was clean overall. Only recommendation, carpet will need to be replaced soon. Would rent again. Thank you!

Safe, convenient stay

We only needed to stay in Palm Springs one night, but this was a great alternative to pricy crowded hotels, more comfortable and just as well located.

Great Location For Palm Springa and Surrounding Valley!

The location of this property is in a great location to call home base while visiting the whole valley around Palm Springs. Its a straight shot to the west to go to the Thursday night market in downtown Palm Springs. It's also a quick to get to the 10 freeway to travel to the east end the the valley. It's located on a 27 hole golf course and is in walking distance of the on site sports complex. It has tennis courts and 10 pickleball courts along with a nice workout gym and spa. Also there is a pool and hot tub that is a 50 yards away. It is being redone so it will be the newest pool in the complex soon. The unit is very comfortable with 2 master suites and 2 full baths, Both suits look out to the golf course to the east so in the morning there were some great sunrises. Rob was there for us if we had any questions.We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again if possible when we are in the area again.

Property was beautiful! Would definitely recommend! Our only complaint is that it wasn’t properly stocked with toilet paper, tissues or dishwasher detergent. Also dvd player was not working but not a big deal.

Very Relaxing!

We just stayed just one night but wish we could have stayed more. The views and location are wonderful. The manager was very easy to contact and very helpful. I would definitely visit again, and recommend this location to others.

Great home base for Palm Springs area

This condo feels like a home away from home. The beds and furnishings are very comfortable, and the resort area is welcoming with friendly neighbours on either side. Although slightly removed from the more glamourous areas of Palm Springs / Palm Desert, the grounds of the resort itself are beautiful. It’s also really conveniently located for freeway access Joshua Tree and other scenic areas. We loved hiking Ladder Canyon too! Perfect place for a family. One night the kids wanted to go in the hot tub. The closest one to us had people in it, so they skipped across the street to the other pool area that was completely empty. Great communication from the owner. Easy check in and out. Highly recommend.
