We had a great stay here! We had everything to make our stay one of the best! I enjoyed the hot tub after exploring a few trails was lovely! The scenery was incredible! The owner Linda was very attentive and answered all our questions! (Plus she leaves great instructions through the place) Thanks again for letting us stay!

Relaxing and quaint place to stay! It was just perfect for my husband and I with our dog and lots of hiking and food close by too! We enjoyed the jacuzzi in the evening and was perfect to unwind after a long day of exploring.

We had a wonderful stay in Sedona. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything required to cook meals, which made it easy to relax and settle in.The hot tub was a highlight, and the backyard offered multiple peaceful spots to unwind with a book. We also made great use of the grill.The location was perfect - close to all the hikes we wanted to do, including Cathedral Rock and Boynton Canyon.We would highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

The casita was absolutely perfect for my husband and I. The casita it the perfect size for a couple get away and so private. The kitchen is perfect for the nights you want to stay at home and cook. If you are wanting a luxury space, this probably isn't it, I would say the casita is more rustic and quaint. My husband and I really enjoyed out stay!

Lovely stay. It was perfect for our pets! The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook our meals and have a nice dinner outside in lovely weather. We biked to red rock state park and surrounding areas, nice and steep ride! Will definitely recommend this cute spot, perfect for a couples retreat/getaway!

Linda's property is an excellent place to unwind and recharge. Comfortable and welcoming, the Casita offers plenty of space for a couple. Extremely comfortable bed, ample space to cook, and an easy walk or drive to a multitude of hiking trails.

I think this is the first time I've ever gotten only 3 stars. I wasn't contacted about any problems or suggestions and guests left a note saying they had a wonderful time. I truly appreciate when guests let me know if something is not up to par, or they suggest improvements. I will continue to do the best I can, constantly cleaning, updating and doing special projects.

Excellent accommodations, wonderful location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Linda's Casita. It was a very quiet and serene area, in the shadow of Cathedral Rock. We felt it was perfectly located to everything we did in the Sedona area yet apart enough for tranquility. We loved the private garden and hot tub an the Casita itself was beautiful. We recommend this property highly for a stay in the Sedona area.

We had an amazing time at Linda’s place- she was very communicative and the home was well taken care of. A nice clawfoot tub, comfy bed and spacious living areas made it a place we would definitely visit again! A short walk to Oak Creek was definitely worth it!

One of the best weekends of our lives!

Where to start, the stunning views on the way down to the property, the convenient location that's close to town yet tucked away, or the wonderful casita itself.Linda was a wonderful host who was responsive, helpful, and most importantly, made us feel like we were truly guests in someones home. She provided excellent restaurant recommendations as well. The casita is so well decorated, clean, and well thought out. She even wrote out little post-it instructions on everything that could possibly be confusing!! It's the little things like this that truly made our stay so memorable. For our future visits, this is the only place we will be staying :)

Wonderful place

It was very nice place to stay. It was in a beautiful location, quiet, private and it was so easy to check in. Linda had extra toiletries and stuff just in case I forgot something. Thank you Linda for the wonderful experience. It was the first time I tried VRBO and I was not disappointed.

We stayed at the Casita for a week at the end of May. It was like being at home! We had everything we could have asked for plus some. Relaxing and winding down after exploring was what we were looking for. This was the perfect spot 😊The land is beautiful everywhere you look and staying at the casita made our trip that much more memorable. We will definitely stay here for future travels to Sedona!

The place has a wonderful setting and access to Sedona town area. Out far enough with little noise. Hiking trails within 5 min walk or drive are spectacular. Linda was a great host meet her once and she helped with the questions we had. Her small cottage was just what we needed and wanted for a relaxing stay.

Cozy, cute cottage just right for 2 people. It offered almost everything we needed--and then some. Communication with the owner was excellent and clear. Listing is accurate, though the lighting situation is on the dim side. We truly enjoyed our 5-night stay.

honeymoon getaway

My wife and I absolutely enjoyed our stay. The house was close enough to downtown but far enough to have plenty of peace and quiet. The views from where we stayed were awesome. Plenty of hiking right near the house. House was perfect for the 2 of us. We both enjoy cooking and there was more than enough kitchen accomodations to do so. Would definatetly book this house again.

Home Away From Home

Had a wonderful time at this adorable little place. A short walk from a beautiful walk/hike to Cathedral Rock with amazing views everywhere. The yard is so cozy with a hot tub and lots comfortable places to read, relax, enjoy the peace and quiet. The house itself is filled with anything you might need with personal touches all over that make you feel like you're at home. Great place to stay, would definitely recommend it!!

Location, location, location! I love this area near Red Rock Crossing and the creek. When I used to vacation in Sedona it was the only area I would stay...it has such a peaceful country feel, yet close to town. When I at last bought the house, it's history and unique charm won me over from the 'cookiecutters'

This property is the most nurturing, peaceful place I've ever lived. It has a rural feeling, and is great for nature-lovers. The lane is so welcoming...it feels like a perpetual summer vacation, as I walk down the neighborhood trail to the creek, greeting the neighbors.
