Florida Cottage newly renovated in great neighborhood! Walk or bike to multiple parks, the bay, publix, uptown station and more! This 3 bed 2 bath is like new with a covered carport, TVs on the Front and Back Porch! The back porch is covered and screened in! The back yard has a large patio with a gas grill and your own white sand beach play area surrounded by synthetic grass for laying in the sun, chipping golf balls or having a barefoot picnic! Inside this cottage has brand new bathrooms and updated kitchen with 2 icemakers in the fridge and an extra fridge on the back porch! Rental comes with 2 beach cruiser bikes you can ride to the grocery, ferry park to play disc golf or run the track, there are 3 bay beach access areas all with in walk or bike distance! This home is on a quiet street in a great neighborhood! You can walk 1 mile to the end of Bay street and see the Wednesday night boardwalk or Thursday night Destin HarborWalk FIREWORKS All Summer from memorial day to labor day!

Older home that has been renovated, in nice neighborhood

Found this to be the perfect place to call home for three weeks. It was in the neighborhood I grew up in, so know the area well. It is a perfect location for visitors to feel like a "local" but to explore all parts of FWB, Destin and beyond. It would be perfect for a family with children- plenty of space for kids to play in backyard, have cookouts, TV sets just about every room, and simple layout of home. I felt very safe and at home, and will always check availability when visiting. The air conditioning was brand new and was awesome (very important in Florida). New appliances in kitchen.

It was perfectly located to everything, my complaint is that the house had a funny odor, plug in back bedroom restroom does not work and also plug in kitchen bar. baseboards(rr)could use some cleaning, we could not get tv in patio area to work.

The location was awesome, close to everything. The neighborhood was very nice. The house was well equipped and met all of our needs. 100% will rent again and recommend.

Very nice home, quiet little neighborhood. Screened in back porch was great for rainy days. Good location, only a few minutes drive from stores and food, and just a quick (depending on time of day) trip across the bridge to public access beaches! Worked perfectly for our family!

Great Place

This place was ideal for my small family. My 2 y/o absolutely loved the backyard. One small issue with the dishwasher and fridge. I'd recommend a p-trap and single out the drain line from the dishwasher, and not incorporate it via the disposal. This will help with smell from back flow. Fridge in kitchen runs warmer than avg. The backup in the sun room saved our perishables. All in all, this is a great location and very affordable for a small family! Thank you Franny and Jared!

Nice place

Lovely stay. Quiet neiborhood. No issues. Everything in the home was working, clean, and had everything we needed. Washer and dryer were nice to have as well. Close access to the yacht club. Will return.

A piece of oasis

My family had the nicest time staying here. Finding the house was so easy, given we didnt get there until 2am. The instructions for the door code were easy to understand. We were welcomed with flowers and the cutest balloon! The house looked and felt clean. Publix was conveniently around the corner so we could stock up on foods. The owners provided us another bicycle, so all my kids had a bike to ride around the block while we had some down time. The sand in the back yard was so nice for the kids, and I only hope I cleaned enough off of them before they came inside. The perfect house to relax in after a long day of sand, water, food and making memories.

National Softball Tournament/Family Vacay

We absolutely LOVED this house! It was the perfect location. It was only a few minutes from the ballpark and a few of the beaches. There were several wonderful local restaurants suggested by the host and the ones in Destin were only a short drive. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe for my family. We would absolutely stay here again even if we weren’t coming to the area for a softball tournament!

Our stay was pleasant

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The listing didn't match up with the way the house actually looked. But there was enough beds to accommodate us. We loved that we were not far from anything. I hated that the dishwasher didn't work and smelt bad. I contacted the owner and they were sending someone out to fix it. I would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time in Florida! The home was in a great location and we enjoyed our 6 day stay! The boys loved the back yard and sand and we were grateful for the sand toys ! Loved the covered porch as well!

Great location

We stayed a week at this nice and quiet neighborhood. Easy access to Okaloosa pier and all the stores you will need during a weeks stay. A lot of restaurants in the area. The owners are so sweet to have a welcoming basket and a board with all the restaurants easily accessible without all the Destin traffic. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful House

Beautiful home with everything you want for a wonderful vacation. We stayed 5 nights. Very comfortable beds, great back yard for the dogs. Little extras the owners left were a great surprise. Close to beaches and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Great place- super clean and beautiful! Loved the screened in porch and fenced in backyard. The host left us notes and recommended places for us to visit and eat, plus they had dog bowls out for our sweet dog! Just wished it was walking distance to beach, but wonderful place
