Waterfront Treetops Getaway

Designed to make the most of its waterfront position, the home features an elevated deck where you can take in sweeping views across the sparkling lake and surrounding greenery. Inside, the spacious open-plan living area is filled with natural light from expansive windows and styled with modern furnishings for a relaxed yet refined feel.

The contemporary kitchen is fitted with a six-burner gas stove and generous bench space, making it easy to prepare meals for the group. All three bedrooms are thoughtfully appointed with quality linens, including a main bedroom that captures beautiful water outlooks. The home also offers a well-appointed bathroom featuring a corner spa for a soothing soak while the outdoor dining area invites long, leisurely meals overlooking the lake.

Please note this is a two-storey home; however, holiday guest access is provided to the upper level only.

Guest Registration & Verification: All guests must complete electronic guest registration prior to arrival, including valid photo ID (Driver’s Licence or Passport), credit/debit card details, and a list of all guests with current mobile numbers. These documents are securely stored with industry-standard encryption and automatically deleted 14 days after check-out, in line with PCI compliance, and access codes are only issued to registered and verified guests. Any reservation made within 5 days of arrival requires a photo of a credit card in the same full name as the primary guest, matching the provided ID. If the names do not match, the booking will be cancelled and funds returned. This policy is in place to protect our guests, our property owners, and the community.

Pre-Authorisation / Security Deposit: A security bond or pre-authorisation will be required to cover accidental damage, breakages, or extra cleaning costs. Guests will be notified of the amount and method of payment prior to arrival. Any claims for damages will be documented and communicated clearly.

Noise & No-Party Policy: All of our properties are located in residential areas and are subject to strict local noise regulations. Noise that can be heard outside the property between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM is strictly prohibited. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances. Breaches of this policy may result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of your bond, and additional charges.

Complimentary WiFi is provided by the property owner for guest use. As this connection is managed by a third-party provider, AirKeeper cannot guarantee speed or reliability and does not offer compensation for any service interruptions. AirKeeper will provide troubleshooting assistance to guests where possible but cannot be held liable for reception or signal issues beyond our control.

Linen, Towels & Amenities: Guests receive a full set of bed linen and one bath towel; pool, lake, and beach towels are not provided. Extra towels or linen can be requested 7 days prior, possibly with a charge. A basic bathroom and kitchen starter pack is supplied, but guests should bring additional items as needed for their stay.

Departure Responsibilities: Upon departure, all properties must be returned in a clean condition. While a general clean is included in your rental, excess cleaning charges will apply for items such as dirty dishes, stained linen, food or drink spills, BBQ cleaning, or rubbish not disposed of in outside bins. If bin night occurs during your stay, please ensure the bins are placed on the curb as instructed in your pre-arrival email; failure to do so may incur tipping fees. Any additional cleaning or disposal charges will be communicated and deducted from your security bond.

Dirty and Unhygienic

What we thought would be a nice relaxing weekend getaway turned out to be an uncomfortable and confronting experience. The place was by no means clean. There was a used toothbrush on the entertainment unit, the cutlery draw was full of food crumbs and not to mention a syringe. The toilet was dirty with hair and the shower head sprays water across the bathroom. Every corner of every window had thick spider webs and the fly screens had rips in them so we couldn’t leave the windows open at night. The least they could have offered was a tissue box for us. We checked in at 8pm on a Saturday only to be woken up the next morning by someone in the backyard screaming claiming we had stolen his kayak and that he wanted us to open the garage door so he can check for himself. Things started to get heated when we refused him acess and then when he saw we were 3 big boys staying here he said he was coming back as we had messed with the wrong people. This place was by no means cleaned before we got there. I don’t even think it was cleaned after the last guests where there, as their was half a bottle of sprite in the fridge and the toothbrush that was just lying around.When I brought this up I was offered a cleaner to come on the last day which was no point and something like a 40 dollar refund which I still haven’t received after what’s almost been a month now. Also booking through Stayz was a nightmare.

What you’ve described is absolutely not the standard we aim for, and we deeply regret that this was your experience. I want to assure you that we’ve addressed all of the issues you mentioned, including the cleanliness concerns, the broken fly screens, and the maintenance of the bathroom and shower. The cleaning and maintenance teams have been informed, and we are implementing more thorough checks to ensure nothing like this happens again. As for the incident in the backyard, we are deeply sorry for the distress it caused. We understand how unsettling it must have been, and we are working on improving communication and security measures to prevent situations like this in the future.
