The space
Designed for comfort, convenience, and connection, this stylish coastal home makes every stay effortless. Enjoy fast Wi-Fi, a smart TV, ducted air conditioning, and a cozy electric fireplace for relaxing nights in. You’ll also have a full laundry, dedicated home office, and a BBQ area perfect for outdoor dining under the palms.
The modern Hampton style kitchen is a highlight, bright, functional, and fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home. Enjoy your morning coffee at the Nespresso station with pods provided before heading out to explore Newcastle’s beaches, cafés, and local attractions.
With space for up to six guests, the three beautifully styled bedrooms are your personal retreats after a day by the coast.
Bedroom 1 and 3: Queen beds with luxury linen and soft pillows.
Bedroom 2: Double bed with private balcony, ideal for a quiet morning coffee or evening unwind.
Perfectly positioned in Mayfield, you’re close to beaches, restaurants, and shops. Public transport is at your doorstep with a bus stop right out front and a train station a short walk away, making it easy to explore everything Newcastle and the Hunter area have to offer.
Guest access
Guests can enter the property through the rear entrance on Winchester Street, where off-street parking is also available. There is no parking at the front of the property.
Check-in is simple and secure. You’ll receive a unique PIN for the keypad entry before your arrival, making it easy to come and go without the hassle of keys.
Other things to note
The property welcomes small to medium dogs and includes a secure dog door at the rear entrance for easy access to the yard.
This is a non-smoking, no-party home. Out of respect for our lovely neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. Your cooperation helps us maintain a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone.
