Glasshouse Retreat QLD

Our newly renovated retreat is now available!

This private 5 bed, 2.5 bathroom property sleeps 10, and is situated on acerage in the beautiful Glasshouse Mountains.

The retreat now includes a pool, tennis court, luxury kitchen, ensuite and baby grand piano, as well as many outdoor decks to take in the beautiful mountain scenery.

Keep busy or choose to relax. Even though you'll feel far away, in reality, you'll only be 3 mins from local shops, 10 mins from Australia Zoo, 30mins from Caloundra.

Enjoy peace and quiet, relax and watch the children run and play. This acerage property also has plenty of space for dogs to enjoy (although we have no fences).

The entire property will be yours to access, except a storeroom that will be locked.

We will be available by phone and email.

Enjoy the beautiful walking tracks and mountain climbs that surround our property. Enjoy the acreage escape, whilst only being 3 mins to the local IGA, medical centre, tavern, butcher, bottle shop, and 10minutes to Beerwah Woolworths.

Only 10mins drive to Australia Zoo and a 30 min drive to Caloundra.

Private driveway for parking at the property.

Guests also enjoy the 4WD tracks at the Glasshouse Mountains National Park.

It's possible to walk to the Mt Ngungun walking track, or it's a short drive to the base where there is parking.

The variety of activity's along with the activity items supplied was amazing. The house itself is really pretty. Kitchen and appliances were absolutely wonderful. The beds were the most Comfortable beds we have ever slept in, in any accommodation.

Wonderful stay

Wow, what an amazing property to help celebtate my wife's 60th birthday with our family. The location is perfect, the house is presented well with all the luxuries you would want. Brigid is a great host and very easy to communicate with.

Beautiful Property with amazing Facilities

We've stayed here a couple of times and each time it has been an absolute treat. The property is easily large enough for our group of 10, and the Tennis court and pool are a rare treat to have all to ourselves. I highly recommend this property to anyone in a large group looking to take it easy.

Wonderful family getaway

Fantastic place. Suited our family of 9 adults, 2 small children and dog perfectly. Amazing gourmet kitchen with everything we needed. Loved the tennis court and fire pit. But too cold for the pool though. We had a very special time having sing a longs with the baby grand piano.Nothing to fault!

Perfect for a Family and Close to ZOO

We loved this huge Beautiful home only 10 minutes from the Australia Zoo and 1 hour from the Koala Sanctuary. Comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, huge yard to enjoy with a tennis court and ping pong table! Very quiet neighborhood! Highly recommend for the price...... Exactly as pictured!

Extended Family Stay

All the family came 96 years to 4 months old and we all had a great time. All the activities were well used and appreciated. The weather was perfect and the views were awesome. The location was wonderful for shopping and plenty of great cafe's in the area. The Retreat exceeded our expectations. Well done Brigid.

Outstanding home and experience

Exceptional holiday retreat

We would stay here again in a heartbeat! This is a well maintained, beautifully presented holiday home. Equipped with an outdoor kitchen and multiple outdoor living areas it was the perfect set up for our early family Christmas. We loved the pool, tennis courts, ping pong and darts and all the necessary sporting equipment was provided. Inside the house was spacious and beautifully furnished.

Perfect relaxing weekend!

As a group of work friends, we go on a yearly girls trip. This year we decided to try the sunny coast and we are already planning on our return next year! What a property

This beautiful property and home was an amazing getaway. The house is outstanding with everything you will ever need for your stay and the immaculate pool and tennis court with basketball court kept us entertained day and night. Great place to stay when visiting the Australia Zoo

This may be the best VRBO we have ever stayed. With a pool, tennis courts, basketball hoop, ping pong table, out door grilling, fire pit - there’s plenty of activities for everyone. High end appliances, great layout, kitchen well stocked, multiple living areas for everyone to spread out, large lot to explore. Terrific and responsive host. They went above and beyond ensuring families will be comfortable staying here. You will not be disappointed with this property!

A perfect house for a family getaway

We were a family group celebrating my 60th birthday together. The house was spotless and so well equiped with everything we needed to make the weekend memorable. I feel that the photos do not do this house justice. It is even more fabulous than the photos suggest. We had a great time playing tennis and cooling off in the pool. The firepit was a great spot on a chilly night. There was so much space for everyone and we all enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Something for all ages

The Glasshouse property was accommodation for all ages. From the beautifully kept grounds with tennis, basketball, pool, fire pit, table tennis, teenage hang out area to the beautifully appointed house. The family said it was the most comfortable bed they have ever slept in. Brigid was so helpful and responsive. If you need a place to stay where the kids can do their own thing then this is a great choice.

Stunningly renovated property that can accomodate everyone. Relax, go hiking, play sport, entertain by the fire. Everything is new and high end quality. So much to keep people busy with tennis, basketball, ping pong, darts, fire pit area. Lots of privacy on the 21 acre property.
