The Space:
Discover the charm of this quintessential Queenslander, set on an acre of beautifully established cottage gardens and surrounded by breathtaking valley views. Whether you're seeking a peaceful escape or a quiet spot to work remotely, this tranquil haven offers the perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty. Take leisurely strolls through the gardens, enjoy the abundant birdlife, or simply unwind on the veranda with a good book and a glass of wine.
The Space:
Bedroom 1: King-sized bed, perfect for a restful night’s sleep
Bedroom 2: Queen-sized bed, offering cozy comfort
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, ideal for children or extra guests
Bedroom 4: 2 single beds, providing additional flexibility for your stay
Bathrooms: 2 well-appointed bathrooms, designed for convenience and relaxation
Kitchen: Spacious and fully equipped, including a coffee machine and locally sourced Maleny coffee
Dining: Indoor dining for 6 guests and outdoor dining for 6, ideal for enjoying meals with a view
Comfort: Air conditioning throughout the home, ensuring comfort year-round
Whether you’re unwinding for a weekend or booking an extended stay to work remotely, this Queenslander offers the perfect country retreat to relax, recharge, and reconnect.
Guest Access:
Vehicles are to be parked on the property via the driveway. There is a double carport for parking onsite as well as additional parking at the property . We have installed a ramp to the left hand side of the house which is accessible from the carport.
Please ensure all vehicles do not park and or block / trespass onto neighbouring properties.
The Neighborhood:
We are very close to the lovely hinterland town of Maleny and all it has to offer. There is a wide choice of cafes and restaurants in Maple Street (main street) Maleny as well as at Cairncross Corner and along Mountain View Drive. Most eateries feature local and organic produce in a picturesque setting and there are also art and craft galleries abound to explore. The property is situated within a short drive to most of the wedding venues in the Maleny area.
Close by (a 5 minute drive or good 20 minute walk) is the Baroon Pocket Dam which is great for walks, wild swimming, lakeside picnics & BBQs or kayaking.
We are also close to the following beautiful destinations:
- Kondallia National Park
- Glasshouse Mountains
- Montville (& other hinterland towns)
- Sunshine Coast beaches (30 minutes to Golden Beach, 45 minutes to Maroochydore and 1 hour to Noosa)
Getting Around:
While there is plenty of parking for your vehicles, you may also like to bring your bikes to explore the beauty that the area has to offer . Oh and don't forget to pack comfortable walking shoes to enjoy a wander in the beautiful fresh country air.
