Spacious Ski In-Ski Out 1BR with Fireplace & Hot Tub

Enjoy the beautiful views of Sugarloaf Mountain in this conveniently located ski in-ski out condo in Snowbrook Village. Premier location at the end of a dead-end road and just steps from the Snubber trail and chairlift. Experience activities during all four of Maine’s beautiful seasons including skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, and golf.

This is a fully furnished 1BD, 1BA condo that is a comfortable stay for couples, or families. The condo features a full bathroom and washer/dryer. The bedroom is well appointed with a king bed, twin bed, and a very convenient home office setup. In addition, the open concept living room is accompanied with a queen sized sleep sofa for additional sleeping space. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pots and pans, and a coffee maker. The propane fireplace makes for a warm and cozy end to your day on the slopes! Just up the mountain from the condo, you will find the pool and hot tub complex which is available exclusively with reservations.

Just outside of the condo, you will find a private ski locker to store belongings when not on the mountain. Also included is complementary shuttle services via the Sugarloaf Explorer, which travels to the base lodge, and many other local amenities.

Wonderful stay at this adorable condo! Well stocked with essentials for cooking. Great location near the lift to the mountain, true ski in/out! Kids loved the pool, registration was easy after created an account! Wonderful family trip, would stay here again!

Properties, well, located near the chairlift that takes you up to the center of everything. The condo is very clean, and well appointed we enjoyed it very much.

Enjoyed our second stay!

Enjoyed our getaway to Sugarloaf and were very comfortable here. Our family of four had a great time relaxing in the condo when the weather wasn't cooperating for skiing. Really appreciated the games available and it was stocked with everything we needed. We'd come back again.

Great location, perfect ski spot

Cute condo located ski in/out. You can even stop by Shipyard Brewhaus on uour way home after the slopes. We didnt even need our car all weekend. Owner’s bery responsive. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Great condo for golf too

Condo is immaculate with many recent upgrades. Beds are comfortable and so is the couch. Great location for skiers and golfers alike! Highly recommended.

Very cute comfy condo

Location was awesome. The place is very cute. New appliances refrigerator and stove. Lots of staples like coffee oil spices etc. Dryer didn't work well. The carpets need cleaning. Notified owner he said he would resolve asap. I did a quick cleaning of carpets. The smell was awful! After spraying and vacuumed it was better. Owner was very attentive. We would stay again.

Outdoor Fun!

Stayed for a weekend during the summer. Perfect location for biking and hiking. Rental had everything our family needed as a base for our exploring. Would recommend to a small family or a couple.

Wonderful Rental

The place was much nicer and larger than expected. Very clean, orderly and well stocked with everything you might need. We did not have to leave to get provisions the whole 3 night stay, it was fantastic! We could just relax and enjoy ourselves which was what we needed/wanted. The bed was very comfortable and when I stripped the sheets before checking out I was again pleasantly surprised to see no stains on the pillows or bed itself. The view out of the back window/door was very relaxing as well. The ONLY downside was that the hot tub and sauna were not available/closed and we were very much looking forward to using them. Otherwise, it was a perfect location, very quiet and peaceful, clean, well stocked, great size and overall very comfortable! One recommendation...1 roll of TP is provided so bring and extra roll or two if you will need more than 1 roll. We would definitely recommend this place!

Perfect Place

This was our third time at this condo and we’ll definitely come back again. So convenient, clean and comfortable. My family loves it. The location is right next to the snubber lift. It’s perfect.

Wonderful Location and Condo

We had a wonderful weekend at this condo. It was perfect for our family of 5. The location was so convenient and only a short path to the snubber lift. The condo was nicely kept and comfortable. We're excited to be coming back 2 more weekend.

Great spot for a family getaway

This was the perfect place for our family of four to come home to after an action packed day hiking and biking. We love the location in Snowbrook and the view of the mountain. Had everything we needed and very comfy.
