Ocean View THE PALM Newly Renovated Beauty with Breathtaking Views

The Palm is a 3/2.5 beach paradise steps to the beach and has views for days from all 4 decks. Our house sleeps max 8 people. Come relax in our completely renovated beach paradise. The kitchen is stunning with brand new appliances, cabinets and quartz countertops and open floor plan. The master is a designers dream with a huge king bed, walk in shower, soaking tub and private deck that looks at the bay.

Upstairs you can find a bedroom with a queen bed that opens up to its on patio overlooking the ocean. The bunk room has 2 double and 2 twin bunk beds and has it’s own deck overlooking the bay. Outside you can find a massive front deck overlooking the beach and incredible sunsets. Below the house you will find a massive outdoor rain shower, a grill and a dining room table. Great place! Short walk to the beach. Clean. Communication with Julie was fantastic! We loved sitting on the porch watching and listening to the waves!

Perfect Location to Relax

We have stayed at the Gulf for years but this was the first winter beach vacation for us. Weather was perfect, neighborhood was quiet and house was excellent. Upstairs allowed for two teen age girls to retreat leaving the downstairs to my wife and I. About a 90 second walk to the beach. Possibly our best vacation experience.

Awesome place

This place was a perfect get away for my family. Would definitely recommend it. It is a little bit of drive outside of Gulf Shores but we loved it. Highly recommend.

Awesome house in Ft Morgan

Hands down the best house we’ve stayed at in Ft Morgan. Attention to detail throughout the house and plenty of room for everyone. Unobstructed views of the Gulf and has all of the amenities. Perfect house for a family getaway.

Lovely place to stay, great experience

It is as advertised, newly furnished and updated. Owner was responsive. The beach is indeed very easy to access, barely 100 yards from the front door. Street was quiet, low traffic, and the beach was not crowded. We were less than 5 minutes from the ferry and enjoyed crossing the bay and having breakfast at a bakery on Dolphin Island one morning. Had a great time!

Perfect Vacation

The Palm is exactly as advertised. Communication was very responsive any time we needed to chat with the owners. Home was extremely well stocked for all of our needs. Kitchen had everything we needed for all meals made during vacation. The shower downstairs made getting sand and grit off after a long day very easy. We enjoyed coffee on the deck every morning while looking out onto the beach. The decor and vibe of the house was inviting and relaxing while being away from home. I would highly recommend this location it was 10’s across the board. We will deffienlty be back!

Excellent Location & Communication!!!

It’s not right on the beach, and there is a new construction across the street, but you can still easily see the ocean. Just not a full panoramic view. EVEN BETTER, the walk from the house to the beach is very short. Wayyyy shorter than the beachfront condos/hotels with pools, walkways, etc. that we looked at before choosing this. Much better privacy, too, and no waiting for elevators. Host was very quick and accommodating to communicate with, which was great! There are a few restaurants nearby, and a Dollar General. The closet grocery store is a place called Sassy Bass, which is like a store, restaurant, and something else all connected. Lastly, the interior design is AMAZING!!!! Looks like something out of a magazine. So whether you’re on the beach or inside, it’s very nice!

Spring Break Family Retreat

Overall a great house and location; easy beach access, beach was chilly at times but plenty of room for our family. Beautiful sunsets/sunrises and walking on the beach. House was clean and well furnished; washing machine was a help. Bring your own pan if you like to cook, your own dustpan, and extra TP. Also pictures online don’t show construction outside the front door which was a disappointment. There is a house being built between this house and the ocean which should be disclosed before arrival. Particularly if they are installing concrete and blocking the driveway. Unlikely a problem for anyone else but definitely not what was pictured. Also the living room lights are on a bad dimmer and unusable.

Lovely Property

This is a lovely, comfortable property about 20 minutes from Gulf Shores. View of Gulf from front deck and a 2 minute walk across the road to the beach. The property was comfortable overall. There were some electrical issues with the canned lights in the living room and the hanging light fixtures in the master bath. The host was made aware of these and saw them first hand when she stopped by with some paper products the maid forgot to leave out. There was an issue with the door code not working one week into our two week stay and the host was able to resolve that remotely. There is construction going on in this area so be prepared for all that comes with construction activity. The beach was lovely and it is a very short drive to Ft. Morgan and there is a nice pier there where you can enjoy the birds and the water. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again.

The Best of Fort Morgan

We stayed for a little over a week and this is is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. The location is fantastic. The beach is across a small infrequently traveled road but the lot directly in front of this property is empty so you have wonderful ocean views from the living room, porch, and balcony. The master suite has views of the bay and has a small deck on the bay side. In addition to the location Julie was awesome about communication and made us feel welcome. She gave advice and provided information about the local conditions (weather/beach) which was great for someone flying in. The house itself was modern and very well appointed. It had new appliances and everything was high quality. Being on the beach with kids we especially appreciated the outdoor shower and the new laundry machines. The only thing we needed to furnish was the food for our stay. The stretch of beach where this property sits is quiet and peaceful. There are only detached homes on this section of beach so crowds are not an issue. I would recommend for anyone who wants some tranquility and easy beach access. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Just Book It!

This property was everything you see in the pictures and more. The owners have gone above and beyond to make the home feel so warm and it is decorated beautifully. It is definitely not like those other rental homes that feel cold and unlived in and they even leave some cute koozies and a custom label bottle of wine our for your arrival. The property was immaculate and easy to find and the owner was so responsive and helpful. The pictures truly do not do this property justice. The view from the front balcony is amazing and you feel like you are beachfront when you sit out and watch the waves come in. The beach is far from crowded and we always had tons of space while we were down there. We left our canopy and all our larger belongings on the beach the entirety of our stay and never had any issues. Even my teenager said it was the nicest place we have ever stayed in Gulf Shores and nothing impresses her! haha. We couldn't have had a better stay and there isn't one thing I can think of that would have made our stay at this home any better!

The Palm is The BEST

8 night stay in March/April and it was perfect. The host is excellent and very responsive. House is beautiful and looks as good, if not better in person than the photos. Its functional and has everything we needed. Only recommendation is bring some extra paper towels and toilet paper if staying longer than a few days. The kitchen was great, washer/dryer for reducing the amount of clothes you need, plenty of towels, TVs worked excellent for live TV or logging into our own streaming accounts, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were great, comfy couch, etc. The grill worked well, decks were awesome for hanging out on and the outdoor shower great for washing off the beach sand. Beach is an easy walk across the street which has enough sand on it to almost feel like the house is actually on the beach. Squeaky white sand and not busy at all. The weather was in the 70s, but warm enough to spend hours on the beach and in the water. If you have a rental car, recommend getting groceries at a grocery store in Orange Beach, about 30-40 minutes East. There is a local store at Sassy Bass, but the prices are upcharged. There’s also a new Dollar General nearby that works as well. Prices seemed somewhat comparable to a regular grocery store, just less of a selection. Also recommend taking the ferry to Dauphin Island for a day. Hit up the Bon Secur Refuge. Note: there is a large house being built directly across the street. But still great views! Not bad thing to say about this house or the loc

August at The Palm

The Palm delivered everything we expected. All updated furnishings and appliances. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything was first class. Loved using the outdoor shower after every visit to the beach. The only problem we experienced was lack of air conditioning in the upstairs bunkroom. One set of the bunkbeds was blocking the only airvent in the room. We stayed at The Palm for 3 weeks and enjoyed discovering the sand, surf and surrounding area.

The Palm is one of a kind. We put our spin on it from a few of our favorite spots we like to travel to. We fell in love with this part of Gulf Shores. The sunsets are unreal and the beach is a slice of paradise.
