*Balcony Spalling Work Notification:
Please be advised that spalling repair work on the balcony is scheduled to begin mid-June 2025 and continue through August 30, 2025. Work hours, Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Expect noise disturbances, including jackhammering and drilling during work hours. Balcony access will be restricted for safety reasons throughout the duration of the project. The entire building’s spalling project is expected to be completed by late December 2025.

The Ilikai Marina located at 1765 Ala Moana Blvd on the 15th Floor.

The room was very clean. All info was received in advance. There were even beach chairs to use. I would definitely use this location for my next visit and future.

Great Place to Stay in Honolulu

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great. The view was outstanding. Room had beach chairs to take with you to the beach. Everything was in walking distance. Beach, shopping mall, shops, park, motel shops, just a great place to stay when in Honolulu. This will be my spot to stay.

It was...fine. Great location, lots of parking available in garage, and nice comfy bed. The building and unit were clean, but just a bit dated & tired. The unit is stocked with the bare minimum (ie no food storage containers, spices, coffee filters, nothing). The listing stated that there was work being done on the lanais which should be completed the end of August, it's not even kind of done. The lanai is locked and it is super loud when the work is actively happening. City views are nice & a/c is good. Again, it was...fine.

Unfortunately, the balcony was not accessible, and we were not able to open the window at night. So, the unit was really hot, air conditioning is too noisy to have it running all night. Furthermore, the construction guys arrived at 8:00 am to fix the balcony, in front of our window, making noise, which is not expected.

Wonderful location minutes away from everything.

Best part of the stay is that you are literally minutes away from everything. Stay is on Ala Moana, next to all the boats, Pearl Harbor, Lagoon Towers and Ocean. I would say 15m away from the main Waikiki strip where all the stores are.

Great condo and location!

We plan to stay here again when we return to Honolulu. My only suggestion to improve would be new pillows on the bed. The flatten and separate and it was a pain in the next. Otherwise, perfect. Thanks!

Was almost perfect

Unit worked out perfectly. Only issue was German Cockroaches mostly in the kitchen. It wasn't a deal breaker since I'm actually a pest control operator. I did let the management know. Otherwise it was great!

Good location

Overall, was a decent stay. We loved the location and the amazing view, but we were disappointed in some of the details. We found out when we got to our stay, that the building was going through a bunch of maintenance that week, which meant that we had to be gone at certain hours, our water was turned off, etc. Wish we had a heads up at least. Besides that, the building is just old and a bunch of the amenities could use some good updating. Overall, the location was perfect to spend a week at the beach and explore Honolulu as well!:)

Nice but noisy

A nice spot close to the beach and Waikiki! I did message the owner because the air conditioning sounds like it's a plane taking off every few minutes. We did not get a good night rest :( they didn't respond to us when we asked if it was normal sounding. The windows are thin and since you face the city side it's pretty loud. We are super tired because of the loud AC but overall a nice and affordable spot
