Please be advised that one of the nearby units will be undergoing a full renovation starting January 5 through February 6, Monday through Saturday from 8AM - 5PM. This project involves a complete interior remodel, so neighboring units, including those directly above and below should expect construction noise throughout the renovation period.

ILIKAI NOTICE — July 9, 2025
Spalling repairs and full exterior painting of the building in effect. Please be advised: Balcony access for this unit/stack (Phase 3) will be restricted from approximately April 2026, to June 2026, during work hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). These dates are subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen delays. Please also be aware that noise disturbances may occur throughout the duration of this project.

- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).

Note: This is a legal one bedroom condo because of its size and full kitchen, however it does not have a wall and door that separates the bedroom from the living room.

Has all you need

This room has all the necessities for your stay. We chose the room because it had two actual beds in the one room. The beach chairs, mat, and cooler were all really helpful to have. The A/C did keep the room cool, although when the Sun was hitting the windows, you could tell it was struggling a bit to keep the temperature. Also, the windows’ curtains did not block the entirety of the windows. Even fully spaced out, there’s about 4-6 feet of the windows that are uncovered; having littles, this meant when the Sun was up, we were up. We would stay here again, but possibly plan to bring something from home to cover the windows a little more.

My adult daughter and I stayed here for 10 nights. It is the perfect location within walking distance to everything. The unit is clean and has everything you need. We used the pool everyday and enjoyed the Ala Moana Mall and Park. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was fantastic and the view facing west was amazing! Loved every minute of it and would stay here again for sure!

Enjoyed our stay

The lanai chairs were pretty run down and the toaster didn't work but they were both replaced immediately after we contacted maintenance. The view and location was great. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back.

Reviewer Comments: The view from this unit is unbeatable, and being able to take a short walk to the water each day was all I wanted. Inside was different, though, as the furniture is old, worn, stained and uncomfortable. The kitchen doesn't have all the cooking items you need, and the closet and dresser need a total redo. The TV is not on local cable, so watching local broadcasts was not possible, and the streaming services were left on a previous tenant’s language that we couldn’t decipher enough to turn off. My only query to the mgmt company went unanswered, so I don’t think we’ll stay in this unit next time. If you only want the location and the view, this place is fine.

Amazing Holiday

We loved the location, the view was amazing, we had breakfast on the balcony every morning. If you are flying from Melbourne, Australia I would recommend you book the night before as you had to wait until midday to check in. The only negative was the electric kettle had a broken handle and the stove top had a crack. The bus stop was out the front if you didn’t have a car. There were plenty of places to eat close by, cafes, restaurants and pubs. I would definately recommend to stay here. The sunsets are amazing.

Excellent Location

This is a great space for a family vacation. We loved that we were walking distance to the beach and there was many food options around. Would definitely stay again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is in need of a makeover. The only thing in decent condition is the couch. All the furniture needs to be updated. The lamp shade is circa 1970 and is falling apart. The only "beach equipment" available are two ancient and rusted beach chairs which should be replaced immediately. Where is the drink cooler? Beach umbrella, boogie board? There are many other units for rent in Ilikai and one should condider them until this unit is given some attention.
