Wonderful luxury three bedroom vacation home in Sea Pines with updated new kitchens and baths. Kitchen counters are new, paint is new, furniture is new and baths have been updated also. House is tastefully decorated so you can relax and enjoy your vacation. Master bedroom has king size bed with en suite luxury master bath. Guest room has wonderful queen size bed with a new en suite full bath with walk in shower. The third bedroom has another queen bed with a twin bunk bed also with access to full bath. Great wooded views and a peak of the tennis courts and swimming pool from the back deck. Free wifi included. Free tennis and free community swimming pool. Sea Pines has over $150 million amenities to enjoy, beach, biking, golfing, tennis, restaurants and shops located all in Sea Pines Resort. Your reservation includes bike rentals and beach gear. 98 Shell Ring in Sea Pines is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.

Updated kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils and small appliances to prepare the meals for the family vacation. Updated with hard surface counters, upgraded stainless steel appliances, open kitchen looking out to the living room, wonderful hard wood floors, high ceilings in the living room, large master suite with high end en suite bathroom and good size guest rooms for the family to enjoy. Clean and spacious

Had a great time at this property. Recently updated and very clean. Cute kids room and plenty of seating for family. We enjoyed the deck and proximity to the pool. Will stay again.

Great Week in Hilton Head

The location is great for access to venues in Sea Pines. The house is in excellent condition, modern and updated with good appeal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

Nice house recently renovated. All rooms are nice. One of the bedrooms has limited clothes storage. Neighborhood is very nice, but 2.5 mile bike ride to the Beach Club. The community pool is like 200 feet from back door of home which is very convenient. The tankless water heater stopped working one evening, but the property manager was able to get fixed in one day. Definitely recommend this listing

Great Spot for Doing it All!

This beautiful home is centrally located and an easy bike ride or short drive to most anything on HHI. We love the house - clean, comfortable, and nice neighbors. A large pool is immediately behind the house and the adjacent preserve is great for morning walks. We'll stay here again if we can!

Wish we stayed longer

The property was perfect, well decorated with plenty of seating for all guests, clean and well appointed. The pool was literally 50 feet away. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. We truly loved it and will definitely come back! Wished we could stay longer!

Wonderful long weekend getaway

We loved our stay at this property. Very comfortable and felt just like a home away from home. Unit is extremely well appointed and stocked with anything we could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable. The unit was exactly as pictured and very clean. We will be back for sure!!

Great stay in Sea Pines!

We had a great stay at 98 Shell Ring. There was plenty of space and seating for everyone. We really enjoyed the pool right behind the house. The house was well stocked with cooking supplies and very clean. Things to note if you choose to stay here- Beach- to get to the beach, you have to drive the trolley pick up. Sea Pines Beach Club will not let you drop off any beach gear. Cooking- Bring your own spices! The house didn't have any spices to cook with. Toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags- The house does not provide enough to last your stay. You will need to bring your own or buy some. Overall, wonderful stay! We would come here again!

Wonderful house & Location but average management

We couldn’t be happier with the house itself and the great location in Sea Pines. The house is beautifully decorated and the owners took great care in stocking it with essentials. The bedrooms are very comfortable especially the beds and bedding. It’s a great place to stay for at least 2 couples and 3 or 4 kids. Where it lacked in experience was with the property manager. We had alot of trouble communicating with him starting with the check-in and there was an issue with the heater. The first night the heater didn’t work and it was 40 degrees out..we tried multiple times calling the property manager with no answer. We tried again the next morning many times until he finally picked up and pretended like he called me right back after the first attempt. He was not very accommodating and I feel badly for the owners for his lack of professionalism. The heater issue was eventually fixed, but I still feel like we had unnecessary stress and did way too much work on our vacation to try and resolve the issue. I would stay here again if the property was under better management because we enjoyed the house and location!

Our family loved the home and how clean and comfortable it was. The location was perfect for us. We have been going to HHI for years and this was such a great experience. We would definitely go back to this house again.

Beautiful property with an amazing back patio! Closest home within walking distance to the HUGE pool. A little far from beach but if we ever vacation here in HHI we would definitely consider. Thanks for sharing your lovely home!!!

Loved this place!

We spent 2 weeks at this property in the beginning of July. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers staying. The house was a true gem! We felt comfortable the minute we walked in. The decor and layout of the house is perfect. The amenities offered at the home were great and carefully thought at. You can tell the owners love this home. The location right by the pool was fantastic as is the location in sea pines. We rented bikes and had an absolute blast. The management company was super easy to work with. Our daughter left something behind and Robert went above and beyond to get it returned to us. We are so appreciative of his help. One teeny recommendation would be to add some dry racks. We didn't have a good location to put our towels after a pool or beach day and didn't want to bring them in the house. We love Hilton Head and this is our favorite place we've stayed. We'd recommend it to everyone and would absolutely stay here again!

Relaxing Getaway

The property was beautiful! The house was big enough for 8, only 4 stayed during this trip. The curb appeal is stunning, though the large raised rugs were trip hazards. We had a minor issue finding out where to throw the garbage away outside at, but once we contacted the office they responded quickly and were friendly and helpful. The couch and beds were very soft making it a little difficult to get comfortable, but the breakfast nook and outdoor seating were sturdy and perfect for lounging. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, we cooked a lot and only went out to eat once in our 4 night stay. The pool and the tennis court are conveniently located right behind the house. Publix is in a shopping plaza less than 5 minutes away if you need to grab groceries. There are a handful of local bars and restaurants also within 5 minutes from the house. The living-room is a great place to gather around for movie night or game night. I would definitely rent again.

Beautiful home and location

This house is beautiful and in an awesome neighborhood. We loved Sea Pines. The pool was right behind the house but far enough you couldn’t hear any noise. View and decor were awesome. The windows and lighting were beautiful. Where the property was lacking was cleanliness. We found a dirty sock under the couch, bag of chips under the nightstand in guest room. Popcorn under the couch, crackers and crumbs all under the benches In the kitchen eating nook. It looked like there was a very superficial clean and no attention paid to details. Be aware they provide one days worth of essentials such as dish soap, and washing machine soap as well as one plastic garbage bag. The home is really beautiful but these details took away from the luxury home experience.
