1 Bed 1 Bath 2nd floor condo in Gated Bay Pointe community of Seabrook Island. Secluded with beautiful marsh views off of the screen porch, perfect for morning coffee. The bed room has a king size bed and closet. The living room has 2 sofa beds. One with queen and one with twin. Beautiful updated condo perfect for a week at Seabrook! Updated kitchen ready to be used, or enjoy one of the great local restaurants close by! Large, walk in shower with rainfall shower head. Perfect after a day outside on Seabrook.
Beach chairs, sand toys, and more provided in outside storage closet. TV in the living room and bedroom with YouTubeTV for your convenience. Coffee maker, iron, toaster, hair dryer, and other conveniences for you. Beautiful community pool overlooking the marsh. Enjoy the sunset over the marsh from the Bay Pointe dock.

1st parking pass with Seabrook Island access is included with booking. Please inquire about additional passes or access.

Great stay.....there was a lot to like at this condo. Clean, pest free, great views of marsh with a south exposure that avoids hot afternoon sun, nicely updated with great shower and comfortable bed, great communication with owners. Would happily stay here again.

Very Relaxing!

Enjoyed our time very much! Property was clean and very relaxing. Enjoyed the back porch and the very private view of the marsh, which is full of birds every morning. Kitchen has nice appliances and both a traditional and Keurig coffee machines. Bed is firm but comfortable, shower is awesome, and the owners have supplied beach gear.

Just what we needed

We loved every minute of our stay. My husband and I have needed a getaway for a while now and this is just what we had in mind. The condo was clean and the welcome birthday card was so thoughtful. The owners were quick to answer all of my questions and gave great suggestions on places to eat and things to do. We’ll definitely be back!

Golf vacation

Perfect place for my wife and me at Seabrook. Plenty of space and very comfortable with wonderful views. Very close to the marina, restaurants and shopping via bike. Host and managers were very responsive and communicative. small gift upon arrival was a great touch.

Great Location & View

We had a great 10 day stay at this villa. The central local is very close to Freshfields and Cassique. We enjoyed the beautiful marsh views and the king bed is very comfortable! Check in was seamless and the owners are very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Quite place to stay

This is in a very quiet community. Condo was very comfortable. The community beaches were very clean and not very crowded but lacked public facilities. It’s a good drive away from touristy activities or public beaches. We really enjoyed the peacefulness.

Amazing!

We loved everything about Seabrook! Cannot say enough about the hosts and how responsive they were. The condo was clean and well stocked. It was comfortable even for our college age son who slept on the pull-out couch! We would recommend and will return again!

Cleanliness was not a 10/10…

Stayed at many, many VRBO’s, this one fell short on the clean factor. House was in a fine location, VRBO was definitely not a 10/10 on cleanliness. Mirrors had hand prints, bed had literal sand in it, bathroom sink and mirror had absolutely not been wiped down. (Toothpaste splatter all over the mirror) Also, upon arrival the building address where you go to get your pass for the island is incorrect & closed. Overall wouldn't book here again, but we did still enjoy seabrook!

Spring Retreat

Everything was simply perfect! Comfortable, quiet, exactly as advertised right down to the thoughtful welcome gift from the super hosts! The coffee and creamers were also appreciated! Bring all your stressors and spend Ten minutes on the patio overlooking the salt marsh…..Instant relief! If you’re a bird nerd like me, you’ll be in heaven!

We loved this property! Seabrook Island is our “happy place” and we have stayed all over the island over the last 10 years. This was definitely one of our favorites. Peaceful, beautiful, and exactly as described in listing. We will be back!

Great condo right on the marsh with a view

This place was cute, very clean, and really was right on the marsh! I bird-watched while drinking my morning coffee. The hosts, Clint and Cherie, were the fastest responders I think I've ever communicated with. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the comfort of this rental as we came and went to a variety of large family activities on the island. The ease of communication in preparation for our trip and in checking in was excellent!

Fantastic place on Seabrook

We LOVED Clint and Cherie’s place! We have come 3 times to Seabrook and this was our favorite place. It is pretty much in walking distance to Freshfields and right across from the equestrian center, so we were able to walk and look at the beautiful horses. The place itself is perfect for 2 people, we had our 2 kids who are 12 and it was perfect for a short weekend. The pull out couches were great for them, I don’t think I would stay longer than a week with the kids but I would definitely stay for a long time with 2 people. The screened in porch is great with a great view of the marsh. Everything seems to have been updated so the condo is beautiful and comfortable. They had everything you need in kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms, board games, cards etc. We had to drive to the beach but to be honest, even with that I didn’t care. Seabrook is so gorgeous that driving through the whole island is pretty much a highlight. I really liked being close to the food and store and having to drive to the beach. We have stayed in high hammock and pelican watch, both close to the beach and more expensive, neither of them compared to this condo. I would 10 out 10 choose to stay at this condo over any of the others we have stayed in. If we were there for a week we would probably get a golf cart or rent bikes and make it that much more enjoyable. Communication with Clint and Cheri is amazing, they are quick to respond and even helped us rebook after we couldn’t come the first time.
