Ocean Dreamscape: Relax in Our Scenic 3 BR/2 BA Beach House

Located on a corner lot adjacent to Beach Access Road 25, this stunning 2nd row beach house offers incredible ocean views and is conveniently close to the path leading to the water's edge. The house features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, designed in a unique split-level style. The master bedroom, situated on the top level, offers complete privacy with its own deck and full bathroom. The other two bedrooms, along with a full bath and laundry room, are located on the middle level.

The distinctive split-level design provides three levels without the need for long staircases. The first floor comprises the kitchen, dining area, and living room, all adorned with large windows that frame the ocean views beautifully. Step right out through the French doors onto the spacious deck that overlooks the beach. The expansive deck offers ample space to enjoy sunny days and breezy evenings while providing views of both the ocean and the bay. And don't forget to take in the breathtaking sunsets—they're truly spectacular.

Whether you're admiring the views or relaxing on the beach, this house ensures a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable experience.

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean and well taken care of. The layout and size was perfect and we were a group of ten! The beach is a short walk away and very clean. Susan responded quickly to any questions we had and was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for everything!

Easter family reunion

We had the best time for a long Easter weekend. House had everything we needed, was comfy and had create views from the patio. Just a short walk to the beach! We’ll be back!

Great Place

Winter Spring Break!

Excellent Beach Front Home

The house is in the perfect location. Neighbor is quiet, just a few steps from the beach, and nicely decorated. The owner is amazing! She is very responsive and goes above and beyond for her guest. Will definitely stay here again!

Amazing

Right on the beach. This house was well stocked had more than any other place we have stayed. I absolutely loved having coffee on the deck every morning and watching the sun setting as well. Perfect for families or couples the rooms were great.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean, in a great location and comfortable. Great place for families with lots of kids. We had 3 families. Each with kids. The bunk beds made it easy to allow each family to have a room.

Quiet..Beautiful Gem 50steps from the beach.

This was such a wonderful beach house, and can’t wait to come back. The whole family loved it so much. We didn’t even leave but once over our 5day stay. Simply amazing, and there is a little store just down the road 3min drive if you forgot something. Such great hosts as well, highly recommended!!

Great Vacation!

We had 6 adults and 3 kids on vacation and this property was in a great location! It was an easy walk to the beach and it was great not having to cross the road with little kids. It’s about a 20 minute drive from downtown Galveston but the drive isn’t bad at all. The property owner was super easy to get ahold of and answered all questions when needed. We loved the house and the location! We will definitely stay here again!

Just the right spot!

Nice home located just a short walk down the beach access walk and conveniently located just next to beach access parking. We had 3 families with plenty of space for everyone. Great beach view from the patio!! Check out their list of extras available to make for lighter packing!

Would highly recommend

We went with our in-laws and there were 10 of us 4 of which were children under 13. The hosts really went out of their way they had so much on site that we had went out and bought! They provided tons of beach toys including boogie boards,sand toys ! The house had so many little touches like games, ect.. very clean would highly recommend!

Great House

Loved how close it was to beach!! Only problem was it got hot in top room. The window unit didn’t work but, we reported it asap. But, it was still reasonable enough to stay at this house again. Thank you for a great time!!

Fun in the sun!

Susan, the property owner called us 3 day before we were to arrive. She informed us of a water leak issue she had at property. She moved us to another property of theirs with absolutely no issues. This is the second time we choose her property to stay at and will choose it again. Excellent communication and nice, clean and well cared for property.

Honest Review

Pros - Clean and neat - Very easy process all the way from booking to checkout, with detailed instructions on how to conduct ourselves and maintain the house. - Nice hosts and the house had a binder with a copy of Check-In details, tourist attractions, restaurant options, and local grocery store options. - The kitchen was fully stocked with real plates, cups, and cookware. - I like the way the rooms feel separated which is the number one reason we booked this. - There is deck seating and you can get some good views of the beach from there as well as just opening the blinds. - There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels to use. - The decor was spot on for your classic beach house vibe! - The TVs come with apps like Netflix, Disney+, and Hulu. Cons - Lack of a stock of toiletries like toilet paper, paper towels, liquid hand soap, liquid dish soap (like Dawn), shampoo, bath soap, air freshener, etc. We had to do a couple store runs. - Slow drain in the second floor bathroom tub and rusting of the shower rod. Liner could use replacement too. - The big bed on the second floor bedroom to the left of the bathroom is so soft that it has little back support. The other beds were more firm than that, and there were plenty of beds to choose from, but I lucked up with that bed and just ended up sleeping on the couch. Overall - We would book again. We enjoyed ourselves and our stay, with the goal of treating the home like it was our own-with respect.

The house was very clean and comfortable. Short walk to beach that made going twice a day easy with little ones. Although on second row we still had great ocean views from both decks. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house was fantastic and so close to the beach. Very clean, just as pictured. Check in was easy and communication with quick response. We loved our time in Galveston. The beach had fine, soft sand and the water was quite warm, even in April.
