Spent 6 peaceful weeks here. Relaxing, very clean and comfortable. Even our dog felt at home. No issues at all. Great host.

Great location n BEST pool

We have labradoodles and the dog park is 2 miles away. Pool is the best part of this property. Property managed was exceptional and Carla (owner) pleasant and easy to work with. Needs a renter garage door opener and refrigerator n dish washer needs help. Living room space n bedrooms comfortable — really liked this property. However, again the pool is amazing, great location and loved the fenced in yard.

One star for location

One word, problematic. First off, the property owner gave us pricing that did not reflect what we paid on the VRBO site. We stayed at this property for 6 weeks. The property is advertised as pet friendly. However, the fence is in terrible shape and we ended up having to repair it in multiple spots so our pets could not get out of the backyard – furthermore the neighbor dogs were vicious. Next, there were no cleaning supplies for outdoor use – no broom, yard utensils, shovel, rake, etc. Nothing to clean up after pets and nothing to clean up from pets walking onto the lanai (dirt, sand, etc). The yard is definitely not safe for pets (especially small pets that can fit through a broken fence). When we arrived at the property, there were 6 screens on the lanai that were broken. The landlord did have a repair person come about a week into our stay. They fixed 5 of the screens. Upon leaving the property, the landlord is holding us responsible for the 1 screen that had already been damaged before our arrival. The pool temperature was restricted to 82 degrees. 82 degrees might sound warm but believe me it is not. We rented this property with a pool so that we could use it. The landlord said (after the fact) that we could have asked how much it would cost to increase the pool temperature – something that we found ludicrous and didn’t even realize was negotiable. Inside: You will have to do dishes every day – the kitchen is not furnished well. Next, there was a clogged kitchen sink. We attempted to fix ourselves (even bought a plunger) and the maintenance person ended up coming and told us they’d have to have a plumber come – the plumber never came so we dealt with the clogged and unsanitary sink for 6 weeks. Next, the toilet in the guest bathroom leaked onto the floor. This was addressed with management and nothing was repaired – we ended up not being able to utilize that bathroom during our 6 week stay. Next, the landlord made us pay for a house cleaner and charged us $300 (ok) – the house cleaner came 5 weeks into our 6 week stay. She came with no cleaning supplies/products. She ended up cleaning with our cleaning supplies that we brought ourselves!! The landlord definitely took advantage of us and ended up charging us a $400 security deposit after we left the property due to the damage she claims our pets did. We are extremely diligent and responsible pet owners. We do not recommend this property to anyone.

Perfect Cape Coral getaway!

Excellent roomy comfy home! Awesome pool! Very handy location, never had to drive over 15 minutes to do anything we wanted. Owner is easy to communicate with and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again : )

We had a wonderful stay!

My husband and I stayed for one week, we were in town to visit his parents. The outdoor kitchen and pool were absolutely great for an evening of relaxing and just enjoying time together. The location is perfect, close to anything and everything you need or want to do, but with an additional plus of being in a quiet neighborhood. Carla (owner) is the best! She contacted us shortly after check in to make sure we had everything we needed and was very accommodating. We loved our stay and will definitely stay at this property again! Thank you Carla 😊

Cape Coral Vacation

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this lovely house. The bed was very comfortable and so was the living room furniture. The house was light, bright and I liked the beachy decor. The outside pool area with seating and kitchen was my favorite spot. My dog enjoyed the fenced in yard and our daily walks around the neighborhood.We even saw burrowing owls.Thanks for a great vacation Carla.

Beautiful home

The property was very well maintained and managed. Pool heater was accidentally left on and got ahold of Carol and maintenance and was resolved immediately. Would recommend for anyone who wants a quite vacation and to relax.

Absolutely Loved Loved Loved!!

Stayed June 17 - 24, 2021 - Me, the hubby, Cupcake and Brownie couldn't have picked a better quiet Vrbo home away from home, only a short walk/drive from the best beaches in Florida. Carla and Duane were very very helpful. Especially when I left something near and dear to my heart and Carla said she would return it free of charge. We brought home sand in the car, more love and laughter, sun tans, and two matching palm tree tattoos, right from Cape Coral Tattoos. We definitely would recommend to anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. GO CAPE CORAL!!!!

Perfect Family Getaway

We absolutely loved this house! The kids never wanted to leave the pool and our pup loved the freedom to run in the fenced in backyard. It was perfect for our family and I would highly recommend it. Carla was great to communicate with and Duane, the property manager, was wonderful. We enjoyed relaxing at the house so much during our 6 days that we hardly got to see any of the nearby attractions!
