Esta hermosa casa de agua fue construida en 2002 y recién amueblado estilo contemporáneo en 2016. Situado en un barrio deseable en SW Cape Coral, la propiedad ofrece 3 dormitorios, 2 baños y una piscina que puede ser tanto solar como eléctricamente. El patio da al sur y disfruta de mucho sol. Jardines tropicales todo lo que esta casa un pedacito de paraíso.
 
Disfrute del estilo de vida relajado y tomar excursiones de un día a varias playas cercanas o simplemente caminar hasta Cape Harbor Marina. También a poca distancia son varios bancos, pubs, supermercado, tienda de licores, establecimientos de comida rápida y farmacia. Todo lo que necesita está a poca distancia, paseo en bicicleta o en coche.

El centro de Cape está a 10 minutos y Fort Myers está cruzando el puente en 15 minutos.

Another excellent stay at this property

We highly recommend this well stocked property. It is well located, clean, has a very responsive host, and is all the things you could ask for to have a stress free place to stay during a vacation. This was our second stay here and we are planning to return in the future as well. If you’re considering this property just book it, you won’t regret it.

Fantastic place in a wonderful location

We loved our stay at the paradise palm house in Cape Coral. The home was exceptionally clean and in great condition. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. The location was perfect. We loved walking to the Cape Harbour Oyster Bar. We would definitely hope to return in the future.

Winter Get Away

Family Vacation

This is the second time we stayed at this property. The house is very relaxing, well taken care of, in a nice neighborhood and close to restaurants. The check-in process is very easy. The homeowners were pleasant to deal with and answered all questions promptly and to our satisfaction. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent property in perfect location

Everything about the property was clean and well taken care of. Great communication with the owner. Lots of updates about progress post Ian which made us feel very comfortable. The neighborhood is perfect. We walked to Publix often when we needed things.

Great place

This place is a home run.The only thing better than the house itself,is the location. Having been renting down here for a lot of years, this place is the clear winner. Paradise!!!

We loved our stay at Will’s house and would recommend it very highly to everyone. The property is absolutely clean , stylish and well equipped with everything you need. Communication both before arrival and during our stay was prompt and helpful.We enjoyed swimming pool and beautiful landscaping around house. Comfy and clean

As our title suggests the home was very comfortable and clean. The home was fully stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Plenty of towels, comfy beds and large TV. The home was immaculate and the garage door opener was handy on rainy days. Location is a super short walk to a fully stocked Publix grocery store. Also you can walk to Rumrunners and marina area. Pool and the lanai area were super clean and inviting. We ate outside for many of our meals. Manager/owner was easy to communicate with. Definitely a do again. water pressure and

Perfect Vacation

My husband and I stayed here from March 13-22, 2024. It was absolutely perfect. Everything you could possibly need and more. Communication with Will was easy and he responds very quickly. We had no issues while we were there. It is the most relaxed vacation we have had in a very long time. We will definitely be going back. The area was quiet yet close enough to walk to several places. Thank you Will for everything.

PERFECT VACATION HOME

This home is immaculately clean! It has literally everything you could need from dishes, cookware, washer and dryer, towels, etc. The beds were very comfortable! The home is so spacious! The pool was clean and not too chlorinated that your eyes burn like some other places. The pool temperature was absolutely perfect the entire time and they have a pool service come and check everything and clean it so you don’t have to worry about anything during your stay! The neighborhood is quiet and calm. The check in and check out process is as simple as it could be. We had crappy weather most of the 10 days we stayed there but we were still able to swim in the rain in the pool and that was so much fun! If your debating on whether to book this property or not…DO IT! It felt like a home away from home without any stresses or worries!

Extra Cost Surprise

This property has an electrical upcharge for usage above a threshold. We minimized our electrical use as if at home. We were not advised that the pool was heated by the electrical system and not the solar panels. We accepted the pool condition as it was delivered to us. We were charged around 500 for electrical overuse. The owner should have set the pool temperature where it would not result in a significant overcharge and instructions alerting us that any desire for a higher pool temperature should be accomplished by a request to the owner.

Wunderschönes sauberes Haus in Cape Coral

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Man hat alles was man benötigt. Der Pool war wunderbar beheizt. Die Nachbarschaft ist gut und ruhig. Will ist ein super Gastgeber. Der Supermarkt ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt um SW Florida zu erkunden.Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und können das Haus wirklich sehr empfehlen.

Beautiful place

It was a very beautiful place. Clean, had lots of places to go close by. Loved the pool! Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short because of Hurricane Ian. Will definitely be going back.

Paradise Palm House was a diamond in the rough. We saw what it could be but also realized some of the things you can't change were perfect. Our location is amazing! We can walk to the marina, grocery store, local sports pub, drug store, bank or even have a great lobster. What's not to love? We renovated the home and created our own little paradise. We hope you decide to stay at "Paradise Palm" and create memories as wonderful as ours.
