With 6 stylish and spacious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, this is a fabulous destination for several families or friends to enjoy together. The perfect accommodation for weddings, birthdays, corporate or wellness retreats or enjoying the region’s attractions.

The main house features five light-filled, stylish bedrooms overlooking gardens and the generous living and dining space is perfect for groups or families cooking meals and relaxing in the lounge. The heated, saltwater pool and alfresco area off the kitchen is a perfect place to socialise with a large BBQ and plenty of outdoor seating.

A guest wing features three more bedrooms and the huge games zone complete with pool table, games machines and more. There is also an indoor/outdoor bar with generous seating and bbq. Two private king chalets with balconies complete this unique accommodation.

Guests will enjoy the estate's features including manicured gardens with ponds, bridges, expansive lawns, trampoline, swings and games, all hidden by tall privacy hedges and fencing.

Located in peaceful Yarra Glen, just around the corner from Yarra Glen’s shops and surrounded by all of the Yarra Valley’s famous wineries, restaurants and attractions.

We are NOT a public venue, therefore you are NOT permitted to invite visitors to the estate without our prior approval.

RATES

We welcome all bookings via Stayz, however please note that service charges of 18% is added to our standard rate, which we have no control over and are 100% payable to this booking site. You will view this charge when you place your dates and see the charge called "Guest Service Fee".

Price may vary from season to season and minimum nights apply for school and public holiday periods.

Due to limitations with Stayz pricing settings, we are unable to display our $450 single night surcharge directly on the platform.
If you request a booking for a single night, please be aware that this surcharge will apply, and we will remind you of this before approving your booking.

We kindly suggest considering a 2-night stay, which offers greater value and avoids the additional surcharge.

Please note: This listing is for the 6 bedroom option only, and price does not include the additional suites or use of games room/bar (additional fees apply).
If you have more guests than 16, please advise us so we can accommodate your needs and provide correct amenities.

If you require any standard bedding configuration to be changed, please see our website for flexibility to create two extra king beds: Charge of $55 applies per bed.
