You are a 5 minute walk from the ferry, about 500M. There is a ferry every 30 minutes until 3am! The crossing takes only 12 minutes and you arrive directly in the city center down town old port!!
You won't have the clutter of your car which will be safe in your private parking lot.

You have a blender, a jura espresso coffee machine and unlimited coffee.
