The Space:
Dreaming of a getaway to the stunning Turks and Caicos islands? Why not stay at our beautiful 2,446 sq ft, 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom villa for up to eight guests, just minutes from Long Bay Beach in Providenciales! The villa can be divided into three separate fully equipped units, making it perfect for friend and family groups who want both togetherness and a bit of privacy.
Nestled on a fully fenced lot surrounded by lush greenery, this home offers plenty of space for kids to run and play, parking for four vehicles, and an enclosed area with a fantastic pool where everyone can gather and enjoy some quality time.

On the villa’s ground floor, you’ll find two fully-equipped 1-bedroom apartments. Each unit features a cozy sitting room with a Smart TV with cable and a kitchen stocked with all the basics, including a coffee maker for your morning brew, a blender for afternoon cocktails, and a dishwasher for quick clean-ups. The breakfast bar seats two, perfect for a quick bite or some laptop time (though we hope you’re here to relax!). From the kitchen, you can step right out to the pool area patio. Each bedroom has a comfy queen bed, and the bathrooms come with walk-in showers and a stacked washer and dryer for your laundry needs.
The middle part of the villa is two-story and features two bedrooms, which is ideal for a group of four. There's a sitting room, kitchen, and dining area on the main floor and the bedrooms are upstairs. The sitting area offers a comfy L-shaped sofa, perfect for lounging, and the Smart TV is ready for movie nights. (The TV also has basic cable channels.) The kitchen and breakfast bar are just like those in the lower units, plus there’s a dining table that seats four. A stacked washer and dryer are conveniently located in a closet in the common area. Each bedroom features a queen bed, an ensuite full bath, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to a small balcony.
To ensure a comfortable stay, the villa is equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans in select rooms, plush towels and some bath essentials (soap, shampoo, and conditioner) in the bathrooms, and lovely linens and soft pillows in the bedrooms. We also provide beach chairs and towels for you to make the most of your stay.
Our villa is in a great location: it is just about a 3-minute drive or a 15-minute walk from Long Bay Beach and less than a 10-minute drive from The Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Club and Grace Bay, where you can find water sports, shopping, restaurants, groceries and more!

The villa is in a great location, about a 3-minute drive or 15-minute walk to Long Bay Beach (Access 1), where the Turks and Caicos Kiteboarding School is located. It’s less than a 10-minute drive to The Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Club and Grace Bay, where you can find water sports, shopping, restaurants, and more!
Getting Around:
The property is approximately 14 km/9 mi from the Providenciales International Airport (PLS). A rental car is recommended, and there are 4 parking spaces at the property.

- For stays of more than 10 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee of $75 will be applied.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to arrange it.
- No smoking of any kind inside the unit. Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 USD fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise. Quiet time is from 11 pm to 7 am.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Our property is monitored by 24-hour outdoor security cameras to ensure a safe and secure environment for everyone.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Guests must climb stairs at the property.
- All guests of the property acknowledge the risks of using the pool and agree not to hold the owner or property manager liable for any injuries or accidents. Please take the necessary precautions and always supervise children in the pool area.
Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property using a gate code followed by a digital code for entry to the villa. Before arrival, you will receive full instructions and all necessary codes.
