Great place, that fit us all!

It was great to have so many bedrooms to accommodate our group for an out of town wedding. Also nice that we could walk to the bars restaurants and shops.

Great Stay

Owner was very kind and accommodated our early check-in and late check-out. They were also very responsive and prompt at answering questions to reset the WIFi router. The property was very clean, comfy, and was in an excellent location with very short walk to bath house strip.

Great house, fabulous location

The house was beautiful, large enough to accommodate our entire friend group -- it's within easy walking of the downtown strip. Highly recommended -- would certainly stay here again.

enjoyed the architecture, plenty of rooms, lack of shower in en suite downstairs was a concern, area around the home was of some concern but had no problems

There were eight (8) fire/smoke alarms attached to ceilings on the second (2nd) floor of the house. From the moment we arrived multiple alarms were sounding off every fifteen (15) seconds day & night no matter what we did nothing helped. After numerous messages back & forth, the homeowner did not make an effort to fix it until the night before we left, but it still never got fixed. Sleeping was almost impossible.

Family Get together

We came for Magic Springs but will come back for the Hot Springs. There was plenty of room for our family to relax. The house has real charm and the front porch was a nice rouch in the evening. We were pleasantly surprised at how close the main street was once we went exploring on Sunday. Would definitely stay again with our family.

Family Thanksgiving Reunion

The property is exactly as described. Lots of bedrooms with tvs. Tons of off street parking. We really enjoyed being able to walk to the main street in Hot Springs. The hosts were very quick to respond with any questions. We had 18 ranging from ages 2-90 and had the perfect amount of space. I would stay there again!

Wonderful Property!

We have stayed with a group at this property on multiple occasions. The house is very spacious with plenty of room for multiple families. The host is wonderful, responds very quickly to any questions and it very flexible. We will continue to stay at this property in the future. BONUS...walking distance to 501 Prime.

Wonderful home and great for big families

This home was so beautiful and just as described. The owner was very responsive and kind. We had a big group of 17 people and we were all very comfortable. House was very clean and well stocked with all essentials. Minutes from the city center. Highly recommend!

June 3-7 family vacation

I rented this home for my family vacation. It is close to downtown as the listing states and it is very spacious. The home had everything we needed to make our stay homely. The neighborhood is up and coming but ok. The house is nice and was just like the ad. Talking with the owner and all it was amazing. I would rent this place again.

Moo Moos on the Move

This property is absolutely gorgeous. This is our second time renting for our ladies getaway. There was 13 of us and we all had plenty of room in bedroom and around the house. This is a must rent for it's close to downtown and plenty of other places to eat and shop. We will be back again....thanks Gregory.

Had a fun

We stayed at this property while visiting Hot Springs. We had fun staying at this property with friends. Nice property with plenty of rooms and sleeps. 4 star only due to area. Neighborhood looks little shady. We did not have any issue though. Parking on street.

Plenty of room

This house had plenty of space for my group of friends. There were 12 of us and there were still 2-3 rooms we didn’t use! We were a little worried about the neighborhood, but had no issues and it was perfect for eating downtown and going to the races.

So many bedrooms!

I haven't seen my cousins since pre-covid. We finally got a time we could all get together, and this was the perfect spot. So many bedrooms for so many families, it was great! Plenty of bathrooms as well so no one waited on Cousin Marissa to finish getting ready. Great location with in walking distance (even for little kids) to restaurants and the national park. Host was accommodating to our varied arrival schedules and was super prompt to respond. I'm so glad I found this house, it was perfect for our family and I'm so grateful for that time I spent with them.

Lots of room!

Lots of room in this house!! Proximity to downtown is great. Neighborhood looks to be a bit run down that is trying to come back to life. House was clean, however a few concerns due to us having small children. Some of the posts on stairway and upstairs railing were loose, wasnt discovered until last night there. Thankfully no one was hurt, but needs attention for future guests. Living room fan was missing pull chain so we were unable to use. Also battery in front door for lock went out and we were locked out of property for about 1/2 hr. Manager offered to fix most of these during stay.

Bachorlette weekend

House was perfrct for large group of you g ladies!. Excellent location. However, coffee pot did not work, which we went and had to buy one and then brought it home with us, I emailed host but did not receive a reply about coffee pot, and there were any cookie type baking sheets for oven. Backyard was not maintained and definitely not any privacy. The seating in backyard definitely needed replaced. With some work Could be a nice area. Otherwise it was a nice place..

Great spot for friends!

We had no issues and great communication with the property owner! The house is very close to Main St and served us well! Would definitely recommend staying here if you have a large group!
