The Space:
As you enter the home, you will step into the air-conditioned open-plan living, dining and kitchen space. The living space is tastefully decorated and includes a smart TV with access to all the necessary applications, a kogan sound bar and a comfortable five-seater couch.
The practical kitchen features coastal-inspired décor and modern appliances. While you will be spoilt for choice with the variety of amazing restaurants in the area, the well-equipped kitchen in this home provides the perfect place to cook up your own meals. Three of the four bedrooms, along with the first bathroom, extend off from this space. The second living area features a comfortable sofa, tv and designated study nook perfect for those who need to work or study. Families or groups of friends will love the added flexibility and space that the two living areas at this home provides.

For added privacy, the second bedroom is situated away from the main living areas, providing a peaceful retreat for couples or kids. Adjacent to this bedroom, you'll find a private deck complete with a barbecue, ideal for enjoying alfresco dining and taking in the fresh coastal air. The fully secure, leafy and sunlit backyard is a pet-friendly paradise, ensuring your furry companion can enjoy the outdoors in a safe and enclosed environment.

The bedroom and bathroom configuration is as follows:
Bedroom one (master bedroom)
The master bedroom is complete with a king-size bed, a ceiling fan, wardrobe space and an ensuite bathroom.

Bathroom one (ensuite):
Featuring a double shower, the ensuite is designed with couples in mind. This bathroom also includes a vanity and toilet.

Bedroom two:
This bedroom is complete with a king-size bed, ample wardrobe space, a ceiling fan and direct sliding door access to the deck and backyard. This separate bedroom offers couples or families with children a private retreat for relaxation or rest.

Bedroom three:
Complete with a queen bed, this bedroom features a ceiling fan, an airconditioning unit and plenty of wardrobe space.

Bedroom four:
This bedroom features two single beds, tasteful decor, ample wardrobe space and an air-conditioning unit.

Bathroom two:
This bathroom includes a shower-bath, vanity and toilet.

There is also a laundry complete with a washer and dryer for guest use.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home along and beautiful backyard along with space to park in the driveway. There is also an abundance of free street parking.

The Neighborhood:
Moffat Beach in Caloundra has a distinct vibe that differentiates it from its more famous neighbours like Kings Beach & Dicky Beach. While Moffat isn’t a patrolled beach & you’ll need to be wary of the waves, the inlet of Tooway Creek offers family-friendly swimming. Dicky beach is an easy stroll across the sand for patrolled swimming between the flags. All throughout the area you will find upbeat shops and cafes, plenty within walking distance of the house.

Getting Around:
The closest beach (Moffat Beach) is 200m away (5-minute walk) and is great for a beach-walk, surfing, kite surfing or paddle boarding. The home is central to lots of activities and attractions: Maroochydore airport is a 25-minute drive - Brisbane airport is a 60-minute drive - Australia Zoo is a 25-minute drive - Kawana Shopping World & Cinema is a 15-minute drive - Large new Sunshine Coast University hospital is a 10-minute drive - Mooloolaba/ Underwater World (Sea Life) is a 15-minute drive - Downtown Caloundra is a 5-minute drive A 30-minute car trip will take you to Maleny, Montville, Kondalilla Waterfalls, or Noosa National Park, the Sunshine Coast has plenty to explore! Airport shuttles can get you there from both Brisbane and Maroochydore. It is possible to get around on the local buses and use coach tours but the immediate area is best explored on foot and it would be preferable to have a car to travel further afield.

Other Things to Note:
*Pet-friendly for dogs, upon application - 2 maximum, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats

* The driveway is narrow and may not fit large cars. There is lots of free street parking available if you have a larger car.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
