Beach front property, this property is located right on the Bell Block beachfront where from the front gate you have direct access to the beach, where you can enjoy being able to swim or do some surfcasting. Also from the front gate access you are connected to the Scenic Coastal Walkway where you can cycle and walk past some of New Plymouth's best swimming beaches & golf courses and into the CBD, a thirty minute scenic walk. Parklands shops area is a three minute drive away for your holiday shopping needs and a great coffee fix. Walking distance to the local community Hickford Park for families to enjoy the velodrome, bike/ bmx park and sports ground. Bell Block also has a community pool. Only a 6 minute drive from the Mega Valley shopping Centre, 5 minutes to the Ngamotu Golf Course, next to the Mangati walkway which connects with the Coastal Walkway.
