You’ll have great restaurants in the community to dine in or take out after spending a long day at the parks. There’s also an open-air retail shopping area at the nearby Championsgate Village and many great restaurants outside the resort, like Culvers, Texas Roadhouse and Sakura Asian Restaurant.

Getting Around:
The home is 29 miles (approx 30-minute drive) from Orlando International Airport (MCO) and is located inside the Championsgate Resort community. Driving times vary depending on the time of day, so it’s always best to check your mobile phone map or traffic app.

- Parties and events are strictly prohibited at this rental.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests must climb stairs inside the home.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No tents or structures are allowed to be set up on the property grounds.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $500 fine.
- No excessive noise after 11 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- The pool at the home can be heated for an extra charge. To request this service, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that the pool heater here in Florida only works when the temperature is 50°F or higher.
- BBQ grill rental is available for an extra charge and must be requested at least 48 hours before arrival.
- Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator, so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore, there will be no supply of items, such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc., prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed. Violation of this term will incur a charge against the security deposit for the reservation of $400 minimum.
- Pool and common area rules and hours within the community must be respected.

Your health and safety are our top priorities. We take this seriously. The home is professionally cleaned and disinfected before every stay, following all CDC and WHO guidelines. We use hospital-grade cleaning products and pay special attention to high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and countertops. Our linens and towels are washed and dried on high heat to kill bacteria or viruses. You can rest easy knowing that our home is a clean and safe environment for you and your loved ones.

Interaction with Guests:
You can self-check in using the electronic keypad on the door. Access codes to the gated community and the home will be provided to you before your arrival.
