Just a 5 minute walk to the delicious Martha’s Table, this stunning 3 storey townhouse in Safety Beach fit for 8 Guests, boasts 3 bedrooms, a family bath and an ensuite in the master retreat. Enjoy your afternoons on the balconies overlooking the scenic views of Arthurs Seat, and or make the quick few steps to the community pool to cool off. This modernistic and spacious home is sure to be your next stay when visiting the Mornington Peninsula.
Kitchen and Living Room
The sleek, fully equipped kitchen boasts modern Smeg appliances and a stylish breakfast island, creating a central hub within the open-plan layout. Located on the second floor, the kitchen and family living area also include a convenient powder room and a dining space that seats up to six guests. Sunlight floods the space, making it a bright, inviting spot to relax and enjoy the seamless functionality of the design.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
This home offers 4 spacious bedrooms, each with high-quality linens and built-in wardrobes. Designed to comfortably sleep up to 8 guests, the master suite features a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony with seating—perfect for a peaceful parent’s retreat. The family bathroom, located on the third floor, includes both a separate bath and shower for added convenience.
Outside.
At the front of the property, you’ll find a small entry yard. The highlight of the outdoor area is the shared community pool, just steps away, visible from the dining room window. Please note that quiet hours are observed to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Getaway Property Management Terms & Conditions:
For security and fraud purposes, guests are required to complete a booking form, provide licence ID for guests and confirm payment details prior to check in. These identification details must match the details of the person who made the reservation.
Strictly No parties
This property does not accept hens or bucks’ gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.
This property does not accept schoolies, penalties will apply to guests.
If you wish to book this property between schoolies dates -November 24th – December 10th, please call Getaway Property Management to discuss.
No smoking on premises.
No pets allowed.

20% Deposit automatically taken to secure booking – Final balance due 30 days prior to guest arrival.
