For non-airbnb bookings a security bond hold is charged 3 days before booking and released 7 days post. The bond is $1000.

Guest Limit Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time—day or night—must not exceed the number stated on the listing. Due to strict insurance requirements, additional visitors beyond the booked guests are not permitted. 3. Outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM.
4. No parties or unapproved gatherings allowed at any time.
5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.
6. No "schoolies" bookings. Please adhere to this policy.
7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.
8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
9. Only the number of guests specified in your booking can be on the property.
10. The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property at any time during the day or night is 6.
11. Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property; no street or nature strip parking.
