Located within the boutique ‘Esplanade Heights’ complex, this property is just 150m from the beach and a leisurely 10-minute stroll to the charming Peregian Beach village. Here, you can enjoy boutique shopping, vibrant cafes, and renowned restaurants, as well as a patrolled beach for safe swimming.
Upon entering, you’ll find the first-floor living space, which includes two guest bedrooms and a family bathroom. The queen bedroom offers direct access to the private tropical pool area, while the second bedroom features two king single beds. Both rooms are spacious, carpeted, and equipped with built-in robes and ceiling fans for comfort. A second lounge area on this level opens to an undercover terrace with ocean glimpses, making it a peaceful spot to unwind.
