With a cosy fire for the winter, unlimited internet, Apple TV/Netflix & only 2.8kms from the heart of town, this extremely private hideaway is the perfect getaway for couples.
There is plenty of space throughout the entire house. Four double doors opening off the lounge & dining gives that feel of indoor/outdoor living.
You will awaken to the view of forest green native bush land from your spacious double bedroom that also has balcony access to capture those summer breezes.
The well equipped kitchen has a full sized fridge, oven/gas hob and generous bench space. In the living area the lounge suite offers enough room for two to lie back, relax and enjoy a favourite movie or read that special book you have been meaning to do for ages!
Enjoy the bird song from the Tuis, Fantails, Bellbirds & Quail - Just a few of the native birds that live in the surrounding trees of Kauri, Rimu, Nikau Palms and many more. You may even experience an encounter with the residing Morepork that likes to perch on the deck railing once the sun is down.
On a clear day the back drop to your magnificent view goes as far as Waiheke Island while at night the lights of Auckland can glow in the skyline.

Important things for you to note:
We are on septic tank. It is essential that only toilet paper is flushed - No sanitary items or baby wipes.
We are also on tank water only which is UV light filtered and totally safe to drink. As we are anticipating a dry summer this does however does mean we ask you to conserve water when you can.
There is an external security camera focusing on driveway/entrance area only.
Situated in dense native bush that has traps for pests.
Firewood is only supplied in the winter/cooler months.
