This custom, newly built HLH Inc. home is a spacious 3600sqft with full access to the backyard, patio, 40' pool and gym.
This stunning designer home offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty, providing an unforgettable vacation experience.
As you step inside, you will be captivated by the inviting ambiance. The fully stocked kitchen, complete with all the essentials, ensures that meal preparation is a breeze. From quick snacks to gourmet feasts, you'll have everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires while enjoying the stunning space. The oversized kitchen is an open concept to dining and living room space with 18' ceilings and picturesque windows overlooking the backyard and pool.

Start your morning with coffee and sunrise on your private covered balcony off the primary bedroom, steps away from the pool. The primary bedroom includes a spa-inspired ensuite bathroom.

Second Floor you will find:
Three large additional bedrooms. Bedrooms 2 and 3 offer Queen size beds, and each bedroom includes a private 4pc bathroom. Bedroom 4 offers a daybed which pulls out to a King size bed. Oversized private laundry room (please provide your own detergents) Open to below loft with a sofa bed.

Enjoy the fully equipped gym in the basement!

Relax in our backyard oasis, with a 40' salt water pool, 8' deep end, large shallow end and sundeck. Sunbathe around the pool in one of our loungers. Umbrella is available to shade yourself or little ones. Come evening, cozy up to the propane fire pit and relish in the ambient lighting around the patio and pool.


**ABSOULTELY NO GLASS, BOTTLES ETC. ON PATIO OR AROUND POOL, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!**PLASTIC ONLY** Guests who do not follow this rule will be subject to a minimum $500 extra cleaning charge ON TOP, and if any further damage results to the pool area or pool liner, the guest will also be responsible for full replacement costs.

*Soft pool toys ONLY permitted so as to not damage the pool liner.

Pool Details: The pool is scheduled to open at the beginning of May and close at the beginning of October. (Depending on weather conditions) If the weather permits, the pool may be opened earlier in the year. This DOES NOT guarantee the pool will be open during your stay. Please contact the host directly regarding the pool schedule if you would like more information.
The pool can be heated during your stay for an additional fee. This is an excellent option for night swimming or less ideal weather conditions.


Tenant onsite: Tenant has totally separate entrance and space (not connected).

**NO DOGS are permitted while renting as family members have allergies.
