Close to great bars & restaurants - Vector Arena, supermarket, buses, trains & ferries all within 5mins walk. All bedrooms have new Sealy Posturepedic beds & are double glazed for a comfortable nights sleep. Quality linen, shampoo, towels and special little touches provided to make you feel right at home. Nespresso machine, Smart TV are also available.

The apartment is fully furnished and comes with all amenities including shampoo, conditioner and soap & towels. Quality linen adorn new Sealy Posturepedic bed promising a comfortable nights sleep.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all pots, pans and the basics you need. All appliances including blender, Nespresso machine and rice cooker available for guests to use.
You'll love watching the world float by from up on the 11th floor with the cruise ships coming and going and the Ports of Auckland buzzing. It's 5 mins walk to go anywhere - the ferry terminal to go to Waiheke, Vector Area, Britomart transport hub or wining and dining in the Britomart precinct. The perfect base if you're coming from out of town to head to Vector for a concert, for business meetings in or around the CBD or just want a comfortable place to stay for your Auckland holiday.
Once you leave, cleaning is taken care of so you can just sit back, relax and leave it to us.
Guests have full access to the apartment, free use of the pool and tennis courts.

It is next to Auckland’s main transport hub, Britomart Transport Centre. Splash out on the latest fashions at the designer boutiques, dine out at one of the many cafés and restaurants or pick up gourmet goodies at the farmer’s market on Saturday. Only 2km to Starship & Auckland Hospital.
Minutes walk to Spark Arena, Sky City Casino, ferries to Waiheke Island of Devonport - the city is really at your fingertips. This important part of Auckland has a unique heritage of history, culture and architecture. Once neglected, it has emerged as a vibrant mixed-use community – and a legacy for the city.
Britomart Transport hub is literally outside the apartment so you're in the perfect spot to go exploring. The ferry to Waiheke is literally across the road and there's even a bike rental shop downstairs if you're that way inclined.
There are some rental car places along the road from us you can possibly use for your day trips.
AIRPORT: It takes about 45mins from the airport depending on the traffic. Taxis are circa $90-$120NZD. There is also the Airbus Express that ends up in the city about a ten min walk from our place which is only $16NZD. You could also Uber in from the airport and this would be around $70NZD. Another option from the airport is a Super Shuttle bit cheaper than a taxi - they can drop you at the door and you charge per person.
If you are driving you are able to use the carpark, the entrance is on Scene Lane, off Tangihua St. You will need the swipe card to access both the carpark and to open the doors at the bottom of the apartment. - No parties allowed. - This is a smoke free property. - Check in is between 2pm - 10pm. If you require a check in after 10pm there will be a surcharge of $100 for a late check in. - Please be considerate of our neighbours - no loud noises after 8pm - 7am, neighbours are able to call a hot line in regards to excessive noise. If the property managers are required to attend the property due to excessive noise there is a fee of $75+GST. - No visitors. This means that only the exact guests who are booked to stay can be at the property at any time. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in you being removed from the property immediately and all costs associated with this will be on-charged. If you are wishing to have guests visit you when at the property please get in touch with us prior to your booking as we can make the odd exception on a case by case basis. - If you are taking a property for longer than two weeks then the owner requires a clean at least every two week period. This amended cleaning charge will be sent through to you once we have received your booking. - No shoes allowed inside - If you lose the key/swipe tag a replacement fee will be charged. - For any lockouts, the guest will be charged a service fee for re-entry. - Our check out is 10am. If you have not vacated the property by this time and our cleaners are delayed you will be charged a fee of $100 for every half hour you remain in the property.
