Beautiful Cottage on Cape Cod

Our house has a cathedral ceiling, with exposed pine and cedar beams, beautiful loft, fireplace, wood floors, fully outfitted kitchen, with granite counter tops, custom made cherry cabinets, and new washer and dryer. There is a brand new central air conditioning and heat throughout the house. There are beautiful new windows in the cottage also. The deck is spacious, and is connected to dining room. The backyard abuts conservation land. There are two comfortable bedrooms downstairs, and one loft bedroom. The loft bedroom is spacious, and comfortable, has a ladder to access. The bathroom has a naturally crafted stone shower, that must be experienced! There is a outdoor shower, complete with a bench. Beach is 1/2 mile away, walking distance to beaches, and to great restaurants. The WIFI at the cottage is: Network: GRANDCOVE Password: Oriole52

Cottage was cozy and well located, walking distance to the beach. We really appreciated the wagon there for our use and the outdoor shower was great. There was a slight mix-up regarding our check-in time so the cottage wasn't fully cleaned when we arrived.

This was the second year we booked this home and my family and I just love this cape house. The location and neighborhood is perfect for children and people with pets. Great mid cape location for day trips.

Dennisport cottage

This cottage is walking distance to major attractions in Dennisport and a short drive to the beach. Lee is great to deal with and easy to get in touch with. My family and I will be back

Lovely home near Dennis Port beaches

This wonderful cottage made our week in Dennis Port really spectacular. There are several butterfly bushes in the front yard, and we were delighted to see many butterfiles visiting them every day. The back deck with comfortable furniture and a grill made for pleasant family dinners. We loved the cathedral ceilings in the cottage, the comfortable bedrooms (including the loft), and the well-equipped kitchen. We were grateful that we were able to bring our elderly family dog with us on the trip. When we had questions, our host was very quick to respond. The house is also conveniently located for grocery shopping and restaurants -- and also for visiting other areas of the cape, located more or less midway between Falmouth and Provincetown, each an hour or so drive from Dennis Port. Altogether, we could not have been happier with our stay in this house!

Great location for September visit

The location was perfect to explore several Cape destinations, along with day trips to the islands. The house was all that we needed, owner provided essentials (paper products, hand soap, etc) along with firewood and propane! Excellent communication providing answers to all our questions! Loved the outdoor shower!! Would stay again... thanks for everything!!

Great house near the beach

We enjoyed a comfortable stay. Lee, the owner, was very responsive every time we had a question. The house is walking distance from small beaches and several restaurants. The only thing I’ll warn is that the loft bed requires a climb up a pretty steep ladder. It wasn’t a problem for us because our kids are a little older, but I wouldn’t want to put a younger child up there. But all told, this was a great home to rent. And it’s worth noting that five of us were able to take back to back showers after the beach and not run out of hot water!

Great Space and close to everything!

We had a great time while staying at this space. It fit myself and fiance and another couple very comfortably. Our host Lee was awesome and super responsive with any questions we had. This space is close to multiple restaurants and stores. Within walking distance to dinner and the market. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great Cape Escape

This rental was fantastic. It was located within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We walked to the beach avoiding paying to park. I would recommend renting here. I know we’ll be back!

Fantastic Vacation

We had a great week, this house was just perfect and so comfortable! The neighborhood was centrally located for lots to do with the family. We had one of our best vacations yet!

Great Vacation

We had a really wonderful trip. The house was clean and spacious and stocked with everything we needed for the week. Lee was easy to get in touch with and very kind. The location was also great, close to restaurants, food stores, mini golf, ice cream, and beaches. We fish a lot and it allowed us access to pretty much the entire cape without ever having to drive too far. We also took the dolphin fleet whale watching tour out of Provincetown (which was the highest recommended one from the owner) and had a really awesome experience. We would def stay here again!

comfortable house, great location

the house is spacious, well out fitted... though it needed a bit of attention The owner was readily available and responded quickly. . We stayed comfortably for a month... Step down living room-- nice but not good for disability or visual impairment ( which we grapple with) Quiet neighbors nice outdoor deck for breakfast. Nice al around.

Well equiped cottage in a great location

We found everything we needed and more at the clean and updated 3 bedroom dog friendly cottage in Dennis port. All of the cleaning supplies and cooking utensils were at the house,. The owner was responsive to every thing. We were near the beach, music , hiking and bike paths.

Beautiful

The pictures online really don't do justice to how beautiful this cottage is. As soon as we walked through the door we were all just stunned at how pretty it was. The upstairs loft was a nice feature, my son loved being up there and having some privacy. The location is perfect to everything we wanted to go to and see. It's close to the beach and restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The cottage is very well stocked with pots and pans and utensils. The washer/dryer is a huge bonus - means I could have packed less! I will absolutely be looking to rebook for next summer! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Fantastic week

The House was great, near several beaches, The property manager/ owner was always available and quick to respond to questions. The place was very clean except the refrigerator, and dishwasher were very dirty. We had a wonderful week.
