This newly renovated property has been decorated with your relaxation in mind! Just 140 feet to the beach, you will not find a better location on the desirable west end of Panama City Beach! PLUS there is a community pool for the kids to play in!

The living room has an open space with a sleeper sofa and flat-screen TV featuring Netflix, Disney + & many other apps for you to enjoy! The kitchen is beautiful with quartz countertops and white appliances for you to use such as a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker & toaster. The dining area has seating for four with extra seating for four in the kitchen. The master bedroom features a King bed, dresser & private access to the balcony. The master bathroom features a glass walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is perfect for the kiddos with a bunk bed featuring a full on bottom & two twins on top. The outdoor patio is perfect for enjoying the weather and there are tiki torches for your use.

Access to the beach was great! Place was exactly the way it looks in the pictures. Had everything you would need while on vacation kitchen was fully equipped, laundry facilities on the premises. Had no problems with check in and out! Would recommend to anyone that wants a great place to stay while in Panama City Beach.

The location was amazing, we would definitely book it again. The only part was that the second floor shower would drain extremely slowly and the hiccup with the door getting stuck other than that we had a great experience and created fun filled memories!!

Our stay was great! We were literally footsteps from the beach and there's a plethora of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The property was very clean and had everything we needed, even beach items. I would definitely stay here again!

Relax, Unwind, Beautiful beach and pool! Just what we needed!!!

This property is updated and gorgeous, conveniently located just within steps of the beach, and the townhouse community is a mix of vacationers and owners that are so welcoming! We love the PCB area, and will be looking for available times in this place year after year! Small constructive feedback: Pool code wasn't right, BBQ grill but no BBQ utensils, some basic essentials that we thought would be available weren't. Luckily, my parents own a townhouse a few steps away and we made it all work just fine. Cheers!

Nice house quiet community

Would definitely stay here again. Definitely rather stay in a house than a condo going forward. Park at the front door take your stuff right in. Even though it’s not beachfront after you stay in a condo that is beachfront and you wait on elevators and deal with parking garages this a quicker way to the beach.y only gripes about this place would be the washer and dryer is outside and there isn’t much view of the gulf but would stay here again for sure.

Wonderful stay

The condo is beautiful and completely updated. The beds are comfy, a literally few steps to the beach. We enjoyed our stay so much and had great communication with the rental company. We will for sure be back.

Great home from home!

The place was clean and felt like home right away. Close to the beach as stated. Only thing I would recommend providing cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc., kind of inconvenient to buy this things when only visiting for a few days. But other than that great place, Would rent again.

Perfect location Well equipped Family friendly

We stayed for four nights with my partner and four children. We enjoyed the pool and beach everyday. The location is perfect, steps away from the beach . Easily accessible pool. The pool code was incorrect though. Different to the one we got by email or listed at the house.The grill worked perfectly. Thank you for the sand toys and board games. The outside showers are very convenient. The kitchen was very complete and clean. One thing to work on: upstairs shower was very slow to drain and the lighter was out.

Wished more properties were like this one.

We loved staying at this location. The public beach access was across the street and still close to a lot of local eateries. Loved the king size bed and was able to go to sleep with ease. The layout of this townhouse was perfect!!!
