The Space:

Light & Bright at Maloneys is a comfortable three-bedroom duplex designed for relaxed coastal living.

The heart of the home is the bright open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, creating an easy space for everyone to come together. Settle into the lounge after a day at the beach, enjoy a family meal around the dining table or prepare dinner in the well-equipped kitchen.

Doors open from the living area to the paved outdoor courtyard, where you can enjoy a morning coffee, an afternoon drink or a relaxed BBQ in the fresh coastal air. The large enclosed yard is an added bonus for families travelling with a well-behaved pet.

For year-round comfort, the main living area has reverse-cycle air conditioning along with an electric log-style heater, while high-speed Wi-Fi makes it easy to stay connected during your stay.

The Neighborhood:

Maloneys Beach is one of the quieter coastal pockets just north of Batemans Bay, surrounded by the natural beauty of Murramarang National Park.



Spend your days swimming, paddling or relaxing along the sheltered shoreline of Maloneys Beach, or lace up your walking shoes and explore sections of the spectacular Murramarang South Coast Walk.

The area is also well known for its local wildlife, and it is common to see kangaroos grazing around the neighbourhood.



When you feel like heading into town, Batemans Bay is an easy drive away for supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, shopping and other South Coast attractions.

It's an ideal location for guests wanting the peaceful feeling of a beachside village while still being within easy reach of town.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring the wider Batemans Bay and Eurobodalla region.

Once settled in, however, one of the highlights of staying at Maloneys Beach is being able to enjoy the surrounding beach, foreshore and walking tracks close to home.

• Well-behaved pets are welcome.

• Please supervise pets and be respectful of neighbouring properties.

• The property is a duplex, so guests are asked to be considerate of neighbouring residents.

• Parties, events and Schoolies bookings are strictly not permitted.

• Please note that air conditioning is located in the main living area.

• The property has a main family bathroom plus an additional shower in the laundry.

• Starter essentials are provided for your arrival, including basic household and bathroom supplies. For longer stays, guests will need to purchase additional supplies as required. If you have specific products or items you prefer or need during your stay, we recommend bringing them.
