Catalina Coastal Getaway / Family friendly home

We know what it's like to travel with kids, you almost need to hook up a trailer to fit it all. Well no more.... pack lightly with towels and linen provided as well as a highchair, toys and portacot available for your use 👌

Keep the kids entertained while not at the beach with access to games, puzzles, unlimited Wi-Fi, Smart TV, trampoline, basketball hoop, pool table, dart board and a ping pong table.

Enjoy the views out on the back deck in the morning with your coffee. You'll have the perfect view to watch the kangaroos jump up through the vacant block next door as they transition from the golf course back up to the reserve. There is also a BBQ, weber and outdoor setting on the back deck with outdoor lighting when it gets dark.

Upstairs:
1 Bedroom - QB and ceiling fan.
2 Bedroom - 2 x 2 single bunk beds and ceiling fan.
Bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and basin.
Kitchen with new oven, gas cook top, fridge, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils and plenty of plates, bowls and cups.
Lounge Room with new 4K Smart TV, leather lounges (1 recliner and large family lounge with built-in CD Player), games, books and puzzles for all ages.
8 seater dining table with ceiling fan.
Back deck with BBQ, weber and outdoor furnture.
Towels, hair dryer, hair straightener, iron and ironing board all upstairs.

Downstairs:
1 QB with heater (in Winter), Smart TV and chest of draws for storing clothes. Room opens out to the backyard with blockout curtains.
1 DB, bedside tables and a lamp. Room has a heater in Winter and is locked if less than 9ppl are booked for.
Laundry with washing machine.
Bathroom with shower and toilet.
Additional Living Room with a ping pong table, pool table, dart board, childrens toys for all ages, tv and a lounge.

Outside:
Clothes line under the back deck.
Trampoline out the back.
Basketball hoop out the front.
Beach wagon with beach toys available for your use, with outdoor shower.

*Unfortunately, this is not pet friendly accommodation due to the fencing.

Don't forgot to bring your beach towels and sheets for the portacot (if wanting to use), all other bedding and towels are provided.

Family fun at Bateman’s Bay

Great location, love the family friendly house with pool table and table tennis. Quick access to beaches and town but lovely and peaceful. Accommodated our large family of 8 well. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Christmas holiday !

The house was amazing for our big family! So close to all the beaches ! So accommodating for our children ! They absolutely loved all that the host had to offer, pool table, table tennis, toys and games. On rainy days our kids were more than happy to stay and use all that was on offer. Would highly recommended 💜

Great place. Very cosy and warm. With great view. Short distance to everything. Love the jukebox, billiard table and bar table. A great day starts from fishing, continues with beer, pooling and old songs, and ends with a nice dinner and happy family.

Great house with lots to do

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It is relatively close to everything from beaches to the shops which made our holiday even easier. There were a few issues with the kitchen appliances but Mel was onto fixing the issues straight away and was very accomodating. Even with poor whether, we were kept entertained with the pool table, ping pong table, games and trampoline. We would definitely stay in this house again!

Dream stay

Mel was so friendly with the process and answering questions. House was perfect, was nice to send the kids to play and know they were safe, so we could relax. Well laid out, secure home.

We are a family of 6 who love traveling down the South Coast. We understand the importance to keep kids entertained while allowing parents to relax and unwind while on holidays. Keeping these things in mind, we have created a holiday home for families in hope that they will be able to create long lasting family memories.

Close to it all..... when you cross the Batemans Bay bridge, you know your holiday has begun! Don't forget your golf clubs as the house is backing onto the Catalina Golf Course. This gives you direct access to walk to the Catalina Club for lunch or dinner without having to worry about driving the car. If you are a mad fisherman, the Boat Ramp is only a short 2mins drive down the road. Near the Board Ramp you'll find the Marina, Beach, Birdland and the Skate Park giving you the option to explore on foot or in the car. Enjoy a longer walk or a 4mins drive to the city center with endless cafes, restaurants and shops (McDonalds, Coles, Woolworths, KMart, Bakers Delight).
