This three-bedroom home--an architectural original--is nestled on the shores of lovely Loagy Bay! Designed by the renowned Cape Cod architect Alan Dodge, the house is a fusion of modern and mid century elements and materials. Nicely appointed, with wonderful views, a screen porch and two decks--one of which is a rooftop deck--the "Two Martini Deck"--with panoramic water views and breathtaking sunsets.

The main living area has a living room, dining area and kitchen. This space has a vaulted ceiling and plenty of light. The living room has comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV with cable. The dining area has a large table with room for everyone. The nicely equipped kitchen has stainless appliances and ample work space. Large windows and sliders in the living room and dining area frame the beautiful, ever-changing Loagy Bay view.

Just off the kitchen is a separate laundry room with washer/dryer and one of the home's two bathrooms. This bathroom has a tub/shower (note: sunken tub, you must step down into tub).

Off the dining area is an enclosed spiral staircase leading to an open loft. The loft has a desk if you just can't tear yourself away from work. There is also a full futon in the loft for additional sleep space. Pyramid windows add an architectural flair to this space.

The house has three bedrooms. Bedroom one, the primary bedroom may be accessed by the long entry hall or the living room. This bedroom has a queen bed and a sitting area with a separate slider to the deck. A door separates the bedroom from the living area. As with the main living area, this bedroom has wonderful Loagy Bay views.

The other two bedrooms are in a wing accessed via the long entry hall. Both bedrooms have queen beds. The second bathroom is between these two bedrooms and has a custom shower.

Tile throughout the entire first floor. Each bedroom has a private exterior door to a covered hall leading to the screen porch.

There are four ductless split unit air conditioners--one in the main living area above the dining area and one in each of the three bedrooms. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the main living area.

There is a screen porch for bug-free dining and lounging and a large deck off the main living area. The second deck--the rooftop deck, or the "Two Martini" deck, is accessed via an exterior ramp. Panoramic views of Loagy Bay, Lieuntenant Island and the Lieutenant Island Bridge.

Access the water's edge direct from the property. Tide-dependent, walk along the shore in either direction. A fantastic spot for nature lovers and birdwatchers. Bring your kayak or paddle board.

The home is situated on a wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood close to Lieutenant Island, the Cape Cod Rail Trail biking and walking path, Marconi Beach at the Cape Cod National Seashore and Mass Audubon's Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary. After a day at the beach, biking or hiking Wellfleet's lush trails, take a short drive to the center of Wellfleet for the art galleries, eclectic shops and amazing dining. Take in a show at WHAT, the Wellfleet Harbor Actor's Theatre or head in to Truro or Provincetown for even more entertainment and dining.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
