For comfort, the unit is equipped with a fireplace that is available for all guests to use, which helps keep the space warm during colder periods. We also wish these concerns had been brought to our attention during your stay. If we had known that the unit felt cold or that the dryer on the ground floor was not working, we would have promptly sent our team to inspect and resolve the issue. Regarding checkout, we do have a standard checkout time in place to allow our cleaning team enough time to properly prepare the home for incoming guests. Cleanliness is something we take very seriously, and we appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. Everything you mentioned has since been addressed with our team to ensure a better experience moving forward.
