One of Folly's Best! This 5 bedroom 3 bathroom home is just a walk across the street from the beach and boasts tidal marsh views in back. Under the home you will find an outdoor shower, ample covered parking, and a fenced in yard. Lounge on the back deck and take in the sights and sounds of the beautiful marsh. There is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy! Inside, the open layout creates a comfortable and spacious area for the whole family to come together. The kitchen is equipped with all stainless-steel appliances and a washer and dryer for your use. On the first floor there is a large primary suite w/king bed and private bath, one bedroom with twin beds and one with a queen share a hall bath, and upstairs 2 oversized bedrooms with king beds share a bath with large walk-in shower. This home is sure to please with room to vacation with ease! 1304 E Ashley allows up to 2 well behaved, house-broken, flea treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dog when you inquire. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. Please book with confidence. This property is licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental - License Number LIC007307. Because of the potential of fraud we would not recommend booking a property not licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental.

Spectacular Location and Spacious Home

The East Ashley home was ideally located right across the street from the beach. The beach itself was beautiful and clean. The home was as advertised and had plenty of space for all six of us. (You cold easily fit another 4 if you needed to.). The bathrooms were cleaned and well stocked. Best Rentals left us some essentials that were perfect to feel right at home and well prepared for our travel. Each bed was comfortable and the ac, tv, fridge, sink, grill, and dishwasher all worked great. Zero complaints. We highly recommend this rental.

Great stay, great location

We had 10 people (2 kids and 8 adults) staying at this property and we had a wonderful time. We were directly across the street from the beach and under 2 miles from town. The street was pretty quiet. The house was very well maintained and the manager was very responsive to our one call.

Wonderful

The house was fantastic for what we needed. We had one dog and she was able to run around out back when needed in the great fenced in yard. Only down side was the bugs around the house, since a few of us are very sensitive to mosquitos, but that did not stop us from having a great time. The walk to the beach was great and not bad at all.

Couldn't Be Better!

Cleanliness A+ and decor just added to it's beauty. Would highly recommend this property. Questions prior to visit answered quickly. Our trip was mainly visiting Charleston, but mornings and evenings here were relaxing and fun!

Great place on Folly Beach

Great location, nicely decorated, perfect space for our family trip. Suggestion would be to add mirrors in the bedrooms upstairs to facilitate getting ready faster with only 1 bathroom upstairs.

Beach Getaway

This is a wonderful beach house. The house is just across the street from the beach. A very quick and easy walk. Everything was very clean. The home is managed by a rental company and any communication I had was through that company. They do not allow early check in without a $100 fee (even if you just want to check in an hour early). They then ask you to notify them of an early check out to help them out. I have used beach rental companies before and they will notify you as soon as the house is ready. Overall, the stay was wonderful and I would recommend this house. The rental company trying to make more money was very disappointing.

Good experience

House was very clean. Linens were a treat - no making up beds. Despite gray skies and rain, we enjoyed our stay. Bring toys and games.

Loved our stay at Folly Beach

House was exactly as portrayed and fit our family perfectly. We were located right across the street from the beach access, which made it very easy to come and go from the beach. Weather was great and waves were wonderful. Highly recommend both the beach and the house we rented.

Family Getaway

Three of our adult children arrived on property a few hours prior to us. Upon our arrival they met us out front with big grins stating, "Mom, you're going to be so happy, the place definitely meets your cleaning standards." This property was immaculate. For being a beach property, there wasn't a grain of sand to be seen. The outdoor shower was great for cleaning up after the beach. One of my daughters preferred to shower there even when we hadn't been to the beach. The kitchen was functional, the island worked well for food prep, and the open concept kept me included in conversations with family relaxing in the living area. The location to the beach access was perfect. We were able to go back and forth easily to eat lunch, refill our water bottles, and use the facilities. The bathrooms were spacious enough to enable 4 young ladies and myself to do make-up and hair without getting in each other's way in preparation for a wedding that we attended, which was the main purpose of our trip to SC. I would love to return to this property with my family in the future.

Location was great!

Perfect for family getting together! The path to the beach across the street made coming and going very convenient. Short Uber ride to fun spots in the evening!

Folly Beach Birthday Stay

We invited 8 other friends and family for a long weekend birthday celebration. The place was really good. Although I thought the indoor living space was a little small, the outdoor living space made it work just fine! We all enjoyed the location and the atmosphere at Folly Beach!
