Sunswept 501 is a three-bedroom, three-bath corner unit with stunning Gulf-front beach and pool views from the 5th floor. Situated just minutes from all that Orange Beach has to offer, including state parks, golf courses, hiking trails, fishing spots, amusement parks, shopping centers, grocery stores, and restaurants.

Great view of beach and convenient to grocery and also a restaurant we walked to from the beach. We had a couple and two teenagers, and it was great for everyone to have their own room and bathroom. Was a good value. Not fancy and the pool is not very big, but it is a great value. Clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed including beach chairs. Don't forget to bring your own beach towels! I would definitely stay here again when looking forvalue and convenience.

Perfect place for our family vacation. First time in Orange Beach - will not be the last. Nice having 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Favorite part …… the porch. Great gulf view. Loved it. Property grounds well maintained and pool was nice. Communication was easy. Thanks for a great stay!!

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Communication with the host was spot on! We had 2 electrical outlets not working when we arrived. We made a quick phone call and within an hour the issue was fixed.

Great location and nice condo

We loved the view of the gulf and enjoyed this condo. The unit was updated and well kept. The location is perfect. Restaurants and grocery stores right across the street. Large pool and immediate access to beach is a plus!!

Excellent! Well, worth it

My wife and I couldn’t have asked for anything more unless you could control the wind velocity sometimes. Lol We enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of our unit as well as the well equipped kitchen. We really believe our next beach vacation will be at the same unit.

Sunswept/Orange Beach

Smaller condo building. Not crowded. Family friendly. Next best thing to owning your own condo at the beach without the headaches. Traffic light to get out of parking lot. Walmart and shopping center across the road. Super convenient. Have been going there for about 35 years.

Relaxing girls' weekend

This place was right on the beach. Amazing views! Decent accommodations, kitchen is lacking if you are going to be preparing food for a family. We made due for the 3 adults in our group. The location is close to everything you could need. Groceries across the street, ice cream across the street, etc. All bedrooms had an en-suite bathroom, very convenient. The condo did have a close-up/musty smell when we arrived, but airing it out remedied the issue. The management company was very helpful and answered any questions we had promptly.

We found mold in the ice maker when we arrived, but management delivered a new one. The master bath sink drained slowly, and despite a tech’s visit, the issue persisted. There were dirty drawers, especially in the kitchen, which we cleaned ourselves. The towels were thin, but we received extras during our stay. The dryer was problematic throughout our visit. Two techs attempted repairs; the first found lint in the vent, and the second discovered the vent wasn’t connected to the exterior exhaust, a building issue beyond his control. We never heard back about a fix, and drying times were frustratingly long. The windows were caulked shut, dirty, or had broken seals. The kitchen was narrow, accommodating only two people at most, though it was well-stocked with essentials. There was not a fire alarm in the entire unit and wires were hanging where it should have been. We reported it, but no action was taken. The elevators had issues. One day both were out of service after someone got stuck. The bed in the master sagged, and the outdoor pool was closed for a day due to a child defecating in it and management could not get someone out to clean it, though it was beautiful and well-equipped with chairs. The beach was pleasantly uncrowded. We received excursion passes as a gesture for the maintenance issues, but using them was a hassle due to cancellations and long hold times. The building management company, separate from the unit management company, was responsible for many the issues

Great vacation place

We stayed a week here and I never heard a complaint from anyone! Beds were comfortable (even sofa bed), view was great, everything we needed was provided and working, and the beach was just steps away. I highly recommend this condo.
