Este condominio de 1675 pies cuadrados en el piso catorce con tres habitaciones y dos baños ofrece una decoración cómoda y contemporánea y hermosas vistas panorámicas del Golfo y la piscina de la torre Oeste desde el dormitorio principal, el área de estar y el balcón envolvente.

La cocina completamente equipada incluye área de desayuno, microondas, lavaplatos y área de lavandería con lavadora y secadora grandes. A Family Getaway

Our family would consider staying with SeaChase in the future. The property fit perfectly for our family. It was clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the attractions and the recreational areas around us.

Beautiful property, not enough linens

We love Seachase and have stayed there many times. This was our first stay in this particular unit. The decor wasn’t very beach themed but was nice. They were kind of stingy with the linens though so be prepared to do extra laundry or bring your own!

Easy beach access as well as restaurants and grocery stores. I do wish there was an additional lock on the front door instead of relying on the door code only while sleeping. Terrific Getaway Location!

Spacious, clean, comfortable and well appointed condo. Great location within the building and on the beach. Although the interior does not have a casual beachy feel it was very cozy. The kitchen has everything you need! Its a corner unit so great balcony views! Walmart and multiple restaurants located directly across the street. The grounds are beautifully maintained and there are numerous amenities to enjoy. My only complaint is that the balcony furniture is just a pub style table and 4 chairs. It would have been great to have some more comfortable seating.

The unit was very nicely decorated and well furnished. The beds were very comfortable as well as the living room sitting. At first I wasn't sure about the balcony furniture but it was very comfortable and it's height made it easier to view the beach. We totally enjoyed our vacation.

unacceptable cart problem

Other guest had clearly kept them in their room overnight. We spoke to the guard when we left and He said this has been a problem for a long time. You do not even bother to remind people how unacceptable this is on your check out instructions. In this day and time there must be electronic devices that would set off an alarm when a cart is away from its base station for too long a period of time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed in this unit 4 times and enjoy it every time. I’ve left a good review before and will continue to highly rate this unit. I did want to leave constructive feedback on 2 specific items I hope can be attended to. The unit really needs a functioning deadbolt lock on the front door since it was switched to a keypad entry over a year ago. It doesn’t have that sense of security for parents while sleeping especially since guest/kids sleep near the front door. Also there was some new silverware and glassware in kitchen which was nice, but the pots and pans are thin, warped, and practically unusable. The benefit of having a kitchen away from home is fantastic, but actually cooking in it was often challenging and I don’t intend to bring my own pots and pans on vacation. Other than that it was very clean and well maintained as usual.

Comfortable stay

We enjoyed the beach views from the front and side balconies! The condo was clean and clean comfortable. The WiFi and cable service inside the condo wasn’t great and the jacuzzi tub in the master bath didn’t work for us. Other than that we loved it and would stay again !
