This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the 17th floor, available through Luxury Beach Rentals, offers breathtaking Atlantic Ocean views. The beautifully furnished unit includes flat-screen TVs, a washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom features a king bed with direct balcony access, the second bedroom includes 2 queen beds, the third bedroom has two twin beds and the living room features a sleeper sofa.


Located in the heart of the Grand Strand, the resort is nestled in a quiet, family-friendly area of the beach. On-site amenities include an indoor and outdoor pool, lazy river and a hot tub. Additional conveniences include a fitness center, private walkway to the beach, outdoor showers, lobby, luggage carts, free WiFi, and onsite parking. For dining, the resort offers an onsite restaurant with a bar, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, making it easy to enjoy meals without leaving the property.

Great place to stay…Location was perfect and the place was amazing but the only reason for the 4 stars was the beds…Everyone of the beds felt like you slept on plywood. Overall great place and amazing staff

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great stay

The pictures did not do it justice. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. The beach was within walking distance and being able to look out the windows to see the ocean from the living room and master bedroom was amazing.

Beautiful Side View of the Ocean

Beds were comfortable. Condo was very roomy. Lots of space the layout was perfect very clean would visit here again, thank you for sharing your property with us.

It was amazing, we would come back to stay again in the near future, nice people, parking was a little confusing but overall good. The hotel itself was amazing with wonderful view, clean bathrooms and clean bedrooms, everything was clean and organized. The only problem i have is customer service was a slightly ok.

Great views and very clean.

Great stay. Quick response when A/C went out after a power outage. Very clean and enjoyable. the only issue we ran into was there were no coffee filters, we alway bring coffee but typically filters have been provided since you don’t know if you need cone or round. pulsating light bulb (reported) in the entry and lack of hangers.

Spring Break

We stayed in Myrtle Beach for a dance competition and spring break get away. The property was very clean. There was plenty of towels in the unit which was nice considering most places give you the bare minimum. We had an issue with the hall light flickering. We let the property know and it got fixed the very next day. The kids enjoyed the heated pools. Will definitely be back.

Could have been a great vacation spot

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Super convenient location. Uncrowded beach area. Amazing view from room. Comfortable and clean condo for our family of 6. Positives, yes, but they did not overcome the negatives. Unfortunately, this property has no onsight supervision or office. Don't plan to relax a pool or hot tub as they are not supervised and cleanliness was optional. During our stay the only route to the parking garage had a pile of dog feces in the main walkway that was never removed. Trash disposal required a walk through the parking garage, up a ramp, and to a dumpster. Multiple vehicles towed in the dead of night from the parking garage, including ours, for parking in a space designated for oversized truck parking. Cash only payment for towed vehicles. When we drove our truck to the next level of the garage, the antenna scraped the garage concrete ceiling. There is no alternative parking for trucks. Damage or towing are your options. Property has potential and our room was great, but without onsite management there were too many issues in need of attention that made property undesirable.
