Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home and everything is private. There is no shared spaces at the home.
Other things to note
IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with the city of Scottsdale rules, regulations, and ordinances regarding short-term vacation rentals. Pursuant to Arizona state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01 we are required to provide the HOA and the city of Scottsdale with occupant information and contact data and related vehicle data.

If you are only looking to party and be loud this is not the home for that. Located in a quiet neighborhood and NO loud parties will be permitted. The home and the neighbors must be respected at all times.

Pool heating is available in the Winter Months. Charge to heat the pool is $75 per day or $350 per week. Must notify manager of desire to heat pool at least 72 hours in advance of stay.
(NO HOT TUB)

This property accommodates MAXIMUM 8 people without prior authorization from management.

Minimum Age to book - 25 years old.

Our Property Manager may meet you upon check-in to to view your ID and ensure the size of your guest group.

IF you are traveling with children 6 years of age and under please notify management so a pool safety notice can be provided.

Exactly as described!

Beautiful unit in a quiet neighborhood. Everything you need is here, or 5 min away. Super comfortable and I had a few days to unwind and play some golf. Just what I needed. Bart was a great host and quickly responded if a had a question. Highly recommended staying here.

Great home in Scottsdale

The house was as shown on the pictures, maybe a bit worn but overall very nice and clean. The rooms were great and the bathroom with the master suite was awesome. Nice pool and garden area as well.

Nice Family getaway

Nice area, close to shopping and dining. The pool is big, with lots of available seating. The pool table, arcade and board games provide lots of entertainment options. Well stocked kitchen and beds were great. Property is showing signs of wear and could use updating but overall a nice property

Quick visit

A special graduation trip to see Morgan Wallen during the hottest time ever! Thank goodness for the pool and AC. Even though it was so hot we managed to get a hike in at Tonto Natural Bridge State Park and see the Grand Canyon. The home was a great.place to come back to for rest and enjoyment.

A very pleasant stay.

The property is very accessible and close to shopping and restaurants as well as access to major road arteries. The featured heated pool requires an additional payment arranged just prior to check-in. While we were unsuccessful at getting the pool and jacuzzi warmed up enough to use - they both were very clean and inviting. I did not see an obvious way to turn the jacuzzi on - so unsure of it's independence from the rest of the pool. Everything was clean and well ordered. Instruction book covered most items - though some discrepancies were found in the book (example: use of the garage).

Nice Neighborhood

This is an attractive house in a nice neighborhood. It is conveniently located near the Kierland golf resort and the elegant Kierland Commons shopping district. We were able to walk from the house to the Commons—it’s an easy 2 miles. The house is spacious with an attractive kitchen and good- sized master suite. The laundry was excellent and stocked with plenty of detergent. The pool and hot tub looked inviting but unfortunately, it was too cold during our stay to use either of them. The living areas were fairly comfortable but we were disappointed the fireplace didn’t work. Also, more lamps were needed for reading in these spaces. This property would work well for friends groups, couples sharing the space or families with older children.

Summer 2023

Nice residence with a nice pool that was perfect size for our group. House was pretty clean, but could use a deep clean (fixtures, under beds etc). We had to keep adjusting the thermostats because they were preprogrammed and kept resetting to high temps. It would have been nice to have instructions to reset those. It was 110 outside and not desirable to return to a house that was 83deg. Communication system with management company wasn’t great while we were there (they use text/email system). Luckily, we didn’t have any urgent needs because those weren’t acknowledged for >24hrs. So that could use some improvements. We did have owners number if urgent need arouse. Patty was very kind when she had to bring us an item and allowed us a late check out. We left some suggestions that would be helpful for future guests. I’d recommend property, nice quiet neighborhood, not far from restaurants and activities.

Host communication was great. The property looks fantastic in pictures, but I would recommend they put a little money into upgrading or replacing either cheap or worn out furniture. Pool could have used a cleaning as well.People sleep different, but the beds are rock hard. Outdoor furniture needs new cushions.Bottom line, for the cost it was good. Great communication from the host, even checked in mid trip to see how everything was going. Knowing that the hard beds took out our entire party with sore shoulders and backs now, I personally would not stay here again.Great location near plenty of restaurants and shopping. Good place, but could easily be better.
