Watch the passing parade of water crafts and activity right from your living and balcony area. Unit 3 is an older style unit located on the 2nd floor with stairs and offers 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with ceiling fans throughout. There is a secure lock up garage for 1 vehicle (Garage height 1.8m).
Within close walking distance are a number of cafes and restaraunts as well as an IGA supermarket. There are also many sheltered BBQ areas just across the road and are free for you to use.
The bedding configuration is a Queen and 4 single beds. This unit is comfortably furnished for a short or a long stay and faces North to enjoy the Winter/morning sun.The unit includes a TV, DVD & dishwasher.

Linen
Bookings made after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
