Little Break Sea is a charming holiday retreat located at Orchid Beach, the most northern township on Fraser Island (K’gari). Nestled on the same block as Break Sea House, this cozy property is perfect for smaller groups or families, offering comfort & convenience.

We do not supply linen however, we do have emergency linen available. Please remember to bring your own sheets, towels etc.
HOUSE RULES
We ask you please respect or neighbours and anyone renting other Break Sea accomodation. They are also there to have an enjoyable holiday.
Please ensure the property is left neat and tidy, most days are a same day changeover of guests.
Take your rubbish with you. The local waste transfer station is located on the southern end of the Orchid Beach township.
Please be mindful of dingoes during your trip. Watch your children closely and keep your distance. Dingoes do make their way inside the township at times, so please be vigilant.
Mobile service at Orchid Beach is limited. Only guests using Telstra will have service.
Our fish cleaning bench should be left clean and tidy and all offals disposed of correctly.
There is no pharmacy on the Island, however Orchid Beach Shop hold a schedule 2 licence & stock basic pharmacy scheduled items.
Please do not refuel on the grass.
