Wake up in this bright condo located in the heart of Wildwood. This top-floor, beach haven comfortably sleeps seven for your stay and is ideal for families!

Location:
- PRIME LOCATION TO BAREFOOT COUNTRY FESTIVAL!
- 3 blocks to the beach and boardwalk
- 5 blocks to the Convention Center
- Between Morey's Adventure Pier and Morey's Pier and Beachfront Waterpark (BAREFOOT COUNTRY MUSIC FEST LOCATION!)

IMPORTANT!!!
Because of strict HOA requirements, guests (not including children) must be a minimum of 25 years old to reserve. Driver's licenses will be checked for each guest (excluding children). We do not rent to graduating seniors/prom week/senior week.

Features include:
- Master bedroom with a king-sized bed, master bathroom, and a shared balcony
- 2nd bedroom with a queen bed and a shared balcony
- 3rd bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed
- Bed sheets and pillows will be provided.
- Blankets and towels NOT provided
- Full bathroom for 2nd and 3rd bedrooms
- Kitchen with stainless steel appliances
- Keurig, toaster, blender, mini waffle iron, small croc-pot
- Pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups/glasses, and utensils - all of which are dishwasher safe
- Kitchen counter seating for four
- Open dining area for eight
- Spacious family room with access to a balcony, and high ceilings
- 2 parking spots in the private garage
- Wi-Fi

This is a family-oriented location and property! It is close enough to walk to the boardwalk but still offers quiet nights.

House rules are the following:
- Smoke-free (no vaping)
- Pet free
- 10 pm quiet time
- No parties permitted
- No fireworks or sparklers permitted
- Remove lint from the dryer after every use
-Children will be supervised on the balcony
- Trash and recycle should be taken outside before checkout
- All dishes washed and placed away before checkout. All plates, cups, etc. are dishwasher safe.

Fabulous Condo/Location

Perfect location to experience Wildwood. 3 blocks from beach, boardwalk and piers. Condo was top notch- clean, great size for a family, all essentials included and you can watch the weekend fireworks from the back balcony. Amanda was awesome to work with. Definitely one of the best places we have stayed.

The house was beautiful with high ceilings, very spacious. Amanda was on point with any questions or concerns. Close to the beach with private off street parking. We really ebjoyed our stat. Would deffinetly book again.

Perfect Location

Our party of 3 adults and 3 teens had plenty of space and privacy while renting this listing . The beds were comfy! Check in was easy, and the owner stayed in touch to be sure that everything went smoothly.

Family Space to Relax

The property is clean and well maintained. The property manager did communicate when something was not working and facilitated a solution. We were very pleased with the space and found it completely more than ample to our needs. We are a moderately large family and require both space and comfort, we found both. No complaints. And the garage is great, a real plus when vacationing with a family with beach gear. The space in front of the parking spot was a God send. Thank you Amanda!!

Summer 2023

I stayed at this property in August 2023 with my 2 adult children and 2 friends. The property is exactly as it is pictured on the web page. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped with dishes, pots, pans and cutlery (I left you a new wine bottle opener as the one in the unit was a bit worse for wear). The entire unit was immaculately clean. I did not make use of the washer/dryer so I can not comment on those. The kitchen was equipped with a dishwasher and a garbage disposal which was a big plus. I love the way our host set the door code. It was a nice touch and made it easy to remember.

5 Night Stay

The rental was very clean and the amenities are updated. The location is just a few short blocks from the boardwalk/beach but it’s also quiet at night. I will try to reserve again next year.

Really fun time

We had a good time staying at Amanda’s property. Amanda was very communicative and open to answering all questions. Location is a few blocks from boardwalk, but you can make it work, and it keeps you away from noise. Property is feels open and is spacious.

Great condo for families and close to the beach/boardwalk

This condo was amazing for my families long weekend. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Bedrooms in the back helped keep noise down for those napping/sleeping in. The garage was a huge help. Semi private, shared with the other condos in the building(6 total) we were able to always have a parking spot and a place to put our bikes without worrying about rain or theft. Owners were quick to respond with questions. Loved it and will look for it again for our next trip to Wildwood!

It was nice

It was definitely very spacious and clean. It was also decently close to the boardwalk and ocean. But, There is no televisions in any of the bedrooms. Also, when you are on the front balcony the neighbor has a 360 camera on the corner looking at the balcony. We overall had a good stay. Just a little disappointed about the negatives with having children.

Perfect size and location for vacation in WW

We’ve been staying in hotels for years on our vacations at WW but this year we decided to try renting for more space as the kids are getting bigger and it was a great decision! The condo is very clean and has a nice open feel with great bedroom sizes and 2 bathrooms- great for families! It’s only a few blocks to the boardwalk and beach- easy to walk to! The owner was welcoming and very responsive with any questions I had while there and I certainly would consider going back next year! Wish we were still there:)

Family loved the stay and it was a very spacious clean condo. It’s a 5 to 10 min drive to the beach depending on which beach you go to. Also very close to the boardwalk
