The house is pet friendly, but please be aware pets are only allowed with our approval so please make sure to request.

While you won’t require a car to enjoy the best of Geelong West, the home also has the convenience of off-street parking.

And when it’s time to venture further afield, it’s a quick hop to the Geelong Ring Road, taking you to Melbourne or the beaches of the Great Ocean Road.

Two bedrooms include wardrobes and ceiling fans. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, Wardrobe, Desk and ensuite Bathroom.

All bedrooms and the living area include split system heating and cooling.

The kitchen, with a breakfast bar, pantry and the latest stainless-steel appliances, overlooks a living area that is bathed in natural light and leads out to a entertaining deck and garden.

Access all your streaming services through the Smart TV. Alternatively, sit back and read a book in privacy of the outside deck and garden.

Park your car in the private parking area and enjoy walking to nearby Pakington Street.

Wow what a location! With over 25 local cafe's, restaurant's, shops and bars available just a short 2-minute stroll away, Pakington Street is the vibrant hub of Geelong West! Enjoy some amazing meals at Tulip Restaurant, Baah Lah dining & Splatters Cheese Bar. Our Geelong West Gem is within easy walking distance to the Geelong waterfront. You are in a great spot to not only enjoy the Geelong West vibes, but well positioned to explore both the nearby Bellarine Peninsula and the Surfcoast.

Easy access to bus stops, a 15-minute walk to the Geelong Train Station and a quick drive to the Geelong Ring Road and the CBD
