The best of Geelong is on your doorstep in this stunning single-level home with boutique shops, restaurants and cafes just a short walk away. Stretch your legs a bit further to head to the beach, parks, the CBD or GMHBA Stadium. And if you want to stay in and spend some time relaxing, the open plan living area has all the modern conveniences and opens out to a north-facing backyard complete with BBQ & outdoor dining table.
The Space:
All three bedrooms include wardrobes with either a garden or courtyard outlook, while the central bathroom features a separate shower and bath.
The kitchen, with a breakfast bar, walk-in pantry and stainless-steel appliances, overlooks a living area that is bathed in natural light and leads out to a paved entertaining space and garden.
Access all your streaming services through the Smart TV. Alternatively, sit back and read a book in privacy in the central courtyard.
Other features include off street parking, cooling, ducted gas heating and a beautifully landscaped garden to spend soaking up those warmer evenings. Pet friendly space to bring your family pet on holidays with you!

With over 25 local cafe's, restaurant's, shops and bars available just a short 5-minute stroll away, Pakington Street is the vibrant hub of Geelong West! Enjoy some amazing meals at Tulip Restaurant, Baah Lah dining & Splatters Cheese Bar. Mia's Place is located close by the picturesque Sparrow Park and is easy walking distance to the Geelong waterfront. You are in a great spot to not only enjoy the Geelong West vibes, but well positioned to explore both the nearby Bellarine Peninsula and the Surfcoast.

Easy walking distance to Supermarkets, shops/cafes near by.

This booking is not 100% confirmed until the guest verification process is complete. Please comply with the parking instructions and show consideration to your neighbours . A $100 extra fee applies for lost keys or callout visit outside of normal business hours. A $150 fee applies for a lost remote. BBQ: Please ensure the gas bottle is turned off and the grill is cleaned. An additional charge of $50 will apply if the BBQ is required to be cleaned after your use.
