Direct Beach Front 1 bed/1 bath condo on Madeira Beach-Stunning Views!!!
Unforgettable views!!! Located on the 1st level, above the parking garage, makes you feel like you are right on the beach. The balcony is directly overlooking the water. Have your morning coffee watching the waves and watch spectacular sunsets without leaving the condominium on your private balcony.
The well-equipped kitchen looks out into the spacious living and dining area with seating for 4 and very comfortable furnishings. The bedroom has a queen bed with a single wide roller bed available. The living room has a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping.
Sea Breeze is located directly on the beach with private beach access. The large pool deck with Jacuzzi is beach front. Property also offers BBQ grilling area with picnic tables, Bocce Ball court, and tiki huts. Laundry facilities available on the 4th and 7th floors.

Have your morning meal al fresco and watch nature unfold as waves gently lap the shore of Madeira Beach. Catch fabulous sunsets, different show every evening! Whatever you imagine as your perfect beach getaway, you will find it here. The Sea Breeze Condominium is an intimate complex within steps of the beautiful beach. It features the largest hot tub in Mad Beach and has a heated swimming pool as well, both beachside. Plenty of lounge chairs are situated around the pool patio. The tiki huts on the property are a nice addition when you just want to get out of the sun for a bit but still enjoy the fabulous weather. There is a BBQ grill area as well. Within walking distance from Sea Breeze is the world famous John's Pass Village, home to a variety of shops, stores, restaurants and bars. You will find something for everyone!

Unit was very clean, amazing views, convenient to pool, beach and parking area. Johns’s Pass is an easy 15 minute walk for shopping and eating options. The owner was polite and quick to communicate. I will definitely stay here again.

Loved the location on the beautiful beach. Close enough to walk to johns pass.. did not care for making an extra stop before and after to pick up and drop off welcome packet when the door has a key pad for entering.. would have liked to have beach chairs and umbrella as well.. had beach towels and everything you need to spend the week..would recommend this property to everyone.. just change the check in and check out process to make it easier for us travelers..

The Condo and building/grounds were nice and clean. Beach access is perfect. Ample parking for an early May visit.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would give 10 stars for the view/location, but that was the only bright side. Property is dated in decor and finishings. All common area doors are very loud. Smelled musty. There were two beach chairs but one was broken. A beach umbrella (even a cheap one) would have been nice. Location, view and check in/out were all 5 stars.

The entire wall facing the Gulf was glass, which made the view spectacular! Open the sliding glass doors and you are just a few feet from the beach and the water. This 1st floor balcony gave you the perfect view of the sand and the surf. You can also see the pool area if that is important for you. The room was clean and comfortable. The bedroom is large and comfy. The under building parking was great for keeping the car cool and in the shade. The grounds were well maintained and clean. The pool was immaculate. We will keep coming to Sea Breeze every year. We felt very safe and secure with the lighting and security cameras as well as the regular sheriff’s department drive bys. The hot tub was hot but not scalding hot. We love the proximity to John’s Pass, restaurants and shops. Everything is within walking distance. The balcony is perfect for watching the dolphins and the manatee swimming up and down the coast. A great place to stay. If I could add anything, it would be great if there were a couple of beach chairs in the unit, but that is just a wish list item. We loved Sea Breeze! Thank you!

Great location

The complex is just recovering from the hurricane. The week we were there , they were over 20 workers repairing all the damage. By the time we left, it was such an improvement. We would definitely stay here again. The only negative thing and eye unit the bathroom could have an upgrade. The unit had all the amenities we needed it. Looks like most of the furniture was brand new. First floor unit, beautiful view of the beach, which was steps away.

Terrible check in experience

Upon arrival our check in instructions for Sunday were to call the emergency number to retrieve information. We called 3 times with no response back till after 9pm. Then the next day, instead of apologizing the team had to make it a point to tell us we were totally wrong and our check in information was in the mailbox. The email never said this, it said to call. It’s even more alarming that the emergency number isn’t accessible?? Once gaining access to the property, it was dirty and looked like the cleaners just vacuumed and wiped the surfaces down. We didn’t even try to let the staff know if this since the check in experience was terrible. Also note, the pool and hot tub are closed which is understandable! We planned for this, but the listing does not state this, along with that the elevator periodically is closed.
