The Space:
Welcome to your beachside retreat in Haudimar, Isabela! This stylish ground-level 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is just steps from the beach and offers partial water views for a serene and relaxing ambiance. Located in a community with fantastic amenities, including a pool, basketball court, tennis court, and children’s playground, this retreat is perfect for families, couples, or friends seeking a memorable getaway.
With the convenience of a washer and dryer and modern comforts, it’s the ultimate escape in beautiful Isabela. Fully air-conditioned throughout the common areas and bedrooms, this property ensures your comfort in every space.
IMPORTANT MAINTENANCE NOTE: Please note that maintenance work is currently taking place in the building of Haudimar Villa, not inside our unit. The project is ongoing with no confirmed completion date at this time. Work is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and guests may experience some noise during these hours.
LIVING AREAS
Relax in the spacious living room, furnished with a cozy sofa and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights or unwinding after a day in the sun. Right next to the living room, you’ll find a dining area with a table that comfortably seats six, making it the ideal space for enjoying meals together. Step outside to your private, furnished patio, where you can take in the ocean breeze and glimpses of the water through the lush surroundings. The open layout fills the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting environment for your stay.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation:
- The master suite features a comfortable king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and plenty of storage.
- The second bedroom includes a cozy queen-size bed.
- The third bedroom offers a full-size bed, perfect for kids or additional guests.
A second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway, accessible to all.
PACK AND PLAY (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY): We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability.
KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for preparing meals during your stay. With modern appliances and plenty of counter space, it’s perfect for creating everything from quick snacks to full dinners. The adjacent dining table seats six, making it easy to enjoy meals together. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, and coffee.
GETTING AROUND & PARKING
We strongly recommend renting a car, as there are a multitude of activities within a 15-30-minute drive that you will not want to miss out on. Also, Uber is not readily available in the area, which is why it's important to have your own means of transportation.
The villa includes two (2) assigned parking spots.
LOCATION
Situated in the exclusive Haudimar community, this beachfront apartment is just steps from the sand, making it perfect for beach lovers. The community amenities, including a pool, basketball court, tennis court, and children’s playground, add to the convenience and fun. Explore nearby scenic bike paths, surfing at Jobos or Middles, snorkeling, and horseback riding. Families will love attractions like Las Cascadas Water Park and Gozalandia Waterfalls. After a day of adventures, enjoy vibrant dining and nightlife just minutes away.

STARTER AMENITIES
At West Indies Vacation Rentals, we strive to provide top-notch amenities, ensuring our guests feel at home during their stay.
All properties come with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest.
We provide a set of disposable essentials to help you get your vacation started comfortably. These include:
- 1 set of hotel-size soap and shampoo (per bathroom)
- 3 garbage bags
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 2 rolls of toilet paper (per bathroom)
- 1 dish soap
- 1 dish sponge
- A small amount of laundry detergent
Please note that we do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is the guest’s responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock any additional items needed for the duration of the stay.
Most properties also include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler. You may reach out to us 5 days before arrival for confirmation.
HOUSE RULES
RENTAL AGREEMENT: All bookings require a signed Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. Guests must upload a valid photo ID (no selfies) that matches the name on the credit card used for the booking. The agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking or prior to entering the property, whichever comes first. Check-in instructions will not be provided until the agreement is completed.
NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if this rule is violated.
NO PETS: While we are pet lovers, pets are not permitted at the property at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if this rule is violated, and guests may be asked to leave the property.
QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during these hours out of respect for nearby residents/neighbors.
UTILITIES (WATER & ELECTRICITY): In the event of an interruption to water or electrical service, the host is not responsible for hotel, alternate lodging, or transportation expenses. If service is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel the reservation and request a refund for unused nights only. Nights already used are non-refundable.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy is 6 adults/children at all times, including visitors.
OCCUPANCY ENFORCEMENT: Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation or removal from the property without refund.
TOWELS & LINENS: Towels and linens are provided for normal use only. Please do not use them for cleaning or allow them to be stained with food, grease, or other substances. Charges may apply for damaged or stained items.
TOWEL HANGING: Please do not hang towels or any other items to dry in areas visible from outside the unit. A $100 community fine may apply if this rule is violated.
SUBLETTING: Subletting or re-renting the property is not permitted.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and since this is a self-check-in unit, you can arrive anytime after that.
If you’d like to check in earlier, please contact us the day before your arrival, and we’ll confirm availability. When possible, early check-in typically starts around 11:00 AM. Please note that early check-in is subject to availability and depends on our cleaning schedule.
If you need a guaranteed early check-in, you will need to book from the night prior to ensure the property is ready upon your arrival.
Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please reach out the day before your departure, and we’ll be happy to check availability for you.
TRAVEL INSURANCE / HURRICANE SEASON
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, not only during the peak months of Hurricane Season (July to October) but also throughout the year to cover unexpected events such as travel delays, pandemics, or other unforeseen issues.
Travel insurance is inexpensive and can reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, coverage will depend on the policy purchased. Make sure to review and understand the options before purchase.

We want your stay at West Indies Vacation Rental to be smooth and enjoyable. You can message us anytime after booking with questions. Starting 5 days before arrival, your designated Property Manager will also be available to answer any additional questions you may have prior to arrival. You’ll get all the essential property information 48 hours before arrival, as well as the Property Manager’s direct contact, so you’ll have support when you need it - before, during, and after your stay.
