Sin daños por huracanes, agua / energía disponible. Casa Vista es una villa de 3 dormitorios, 2. 5 baños de 2.800 pies cuadrados con vista directa al mar (a solo 100 pasos de la playa). La villa se encuentra dentro de una comunidad privada con acceso controlado frente a la playa con 2 millas de playa privada y apartada. La entrada está disponible sólo para los residentes / clientes. Disfruta de una piscina natural de 3 pies de profundidad en una playa privada para niños pequeños y adultos, en un ambiente libre de ruidos.

En Punta del Mar, obtenga una casa de 3 dormitorios con mucho más espacio y una terraza en la azotea con increíbles vistas al océano. Esta casa está equipada adecuadamente con ratán cómodo primera calidad y muebles de mimbre. Los aparatos y las camas son nuevas. Cuenta con 1 cama de matrimonio en el dormitorio principal, 1 de matrimonio y dos camas individuales, así como un plus cuna y colchón de la cama para alojar cómodamente hasta 8 personas. También hay tumbonas y un juego de comedor en la terraza de la azotea.

Rincón Vacation

Nice house in a beautiful setting. A safe place for a family vacation. The beach is beautiful, ideal for surfing, but there are calmer ones nearby. Plenty of nice restaurants, a couple of them accessible by walking along the beach.

The sea pool which is right there is ideal for non surfers/ and family /children when wavy which is typical in February , the height of surfing season, also the pool at clubhouse which is beachfront is right there. Later in season sea can be lake like. Jose and family were excellent guests.

Punta Del Mar is a great location! The condo was well stocked and super comfortable for the 6 of us. Hosts are readily accessible and provided precise instructions. Highly recommend this place.

Amazing and quiet rincon beach and surf complex

The beach has to be the nicest in puerto rico and the surfing was perfect. A more or less private surf spot. We will be back.

This property and beach is amazing. The house had everything you needed for your stay and beach trips. ( beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling stuff, coolers, beach towels). Close to markets, places to eat, etc and the host was great. Would definately stay here again.

A little bit of paradise

Wonderful location and Chris was a great host. Very available and helpful. If your idea of paradise is walking along a sandy beach with a beautiful sunset this is the place. Prettier than a postcard

I looked throughout the Caribbean looking for a beachfront house until I found this one which has it all: Nature in its pristine beauty, peace and quiet and all amenities. Never seen more than 30 people on this beach at once. Very private.

Great Villa Close To The Beach

The property was clean and accommodated our family of seven. Each room had its own AC unit which was very welcoming after a long day in the sun. The beach right next to the property is beautiful. It is a little on the rocky side in the water. The washer was not usable do to mold. Overall great property.

Famiky Beach vacation

My wife and our 3 children had a wonderful stay at this villa. The gated community was quiet and safe. The beach was beautiful and just a few steps from the house. It is a rocky beach but we found some swimmabale spots that the kids enjoyed. Plus the villa is very close to other Rincon area beaches that we explored. Description was accurate. The host was very responsive when we had a question about the AC. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay - as advertised

My group of 8 people- 2 parents and 6 college aged kids stayed for a week and we had a great time. The house had everything we needed - beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, tennis rackets - and the location was great. Off the beaten path, quiet, safe and so close to the beach. The house has AC which gave us much needed relief at times. The kitchen was very functional and we enjoyed many meals (and drinks thanks to the blender). I would recommend and I will return!

This villa is amazing, beach is great it's just steps away . Also friendly neighborhood everyone greeted and invited us to join them to the beach. The view was breath taken. My family enjoyed the waves but also the smaller water areas. The villa was beautiful!! Everything we needed was already there. The communication with the Christopher was awesome. We will be returning. I am very grateful to have experience this wonderful vacation at this location.

Three generation family vacation

Can't wait to return! Location was quiet and clean and steps within beach. Views from the villa were beautiful! We really appreciated the nice beach towels that were there, less to travel with. The villa was well supplied with everything we needed. We were very comfortable with the space in this villa, there was plenty of room for the eight of us! We choose to cook a few times and the kitchen was well supplied. The gas grill was a bonus! We throughly enjoyed staying here and hope to return soon to this villa! Thank you Christopher for your great communication!

Fabulous rental

We traveled with 3 children, 15, 12 and 3. This property was perfect for every age group, close enough to beach and in such a safe and easy going community. I was comfortable with older kids walking to and from the beach and villa alone. The beach area with the tide pool were perfect for my little guy but still deep.enough for the teens to enjoy. We found tons of sea glass and even a large iguana.. The kitchen and grill were perfect for cooking meals and snacks, the villa had every tool and/or accessory needed. Plenty of room and beds were comfortable. We had an amazing vacation and will definitely be back!

Great place to take Rincon in

If you are someone who needs to stay connected, this may not be the spot for you. Internet signal struggles beyond the 1st floor and cell signal reception was weak (I use AT&T). That being said, it is a FANTASTIC place to disconnect. The house is comfortable. Kitchen is well appointed for those who want to eat in. Steps from a great beach. There was actually a small shipwreck that the kids had fun playing on. Location is private but just 10 min from city center. Renter was helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend.

Francisco and family were excellent guests. The internet ( a land line) works well on the first floor , first time that has been mentioned . It is possible signal was under maintenance for a short period of time but not informed to me for follow up. Francisco, thanks for your nice review.

Most importantly, the house has spectacular, direct ocean views and is 100 steps from the sand. There is no need for a car to get to the beach.

It is also tastefully furnished and very comfortable. The location is in the middle of the project with two parking spaces included. Best of the rental units in Rincon and the Caribbean.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Punta del Mar is one of the most beautiful ocean-front settings. Beautiful trees line the fringe of the beach, so there is no need for umbrellas- Very private. There is also no noise pollution, as the property is a quarter mile from the main road and Rowdiness/late parties not allowed (strictly enforced) here due to community rules.
