Welcome to our cherished Taupo retreat, enjoyed for over 15 years! Perfect for corporate guests and larger families, it offers comfort and versatility. Upstairs features three bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Downstairs, a self-contained one-bedroom unit provides privacy—ideal for colleagues or extended family. The large backyard suits both recreation and work vehicles, while the front deck offers a relaxing spot with partial lake and mountain views.

The highlight of our property is the large backyard, ideal for parking smaller boats and extra vehicles, as well as for family activities like cricket. The well-equipped kitchen invites you to prepare meals together, and the front deck offers lovely views of the mountain and lake, making it a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.



In addition to the upstairs, the downstairs self contained unit has kitchenette with microwave, air fryer, fridge, hob, toaster and kettle. It also has a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.



Located just a short distance from town and the lake, you’ll have easy access to all Taupo has to offer. Whether you’re here for adventure or relaxation, our home is the perfect base for your family getaway.



Guests will have full access to the entire house, including all three bedrooms, the downstairs studio, the spacious living areas, and the well-equipped kitchen. The large backyard is yours to enjoy, complete with plenty of space for parking boats and extra vehicles. You can enter the home via the backyard, which has a single-level entry for easy access. Enjoy the front deck with slight views of the mountain and lake, perfect for relaxing outdoors. We’re happy to provide tips on local attractions and activities during your stay!

House Rules



We have a strict noise curfew from 10 PM to 7 AM to respect our close neighbors.

No smoking or vaping indoors; please dispose of all cigarette butts thoughtfully and safely.

Tents are not allowed on the lawn.

Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on-site, unless arranged in advance.
